  • In my humble opinion, the best( if not one of the best)use of an Amen break, EVER !

Haven't heard this in years. An absolute pleasure to rediscover. Thanks.

  • the greats of today must thank the greats of yesterday

    -topper

  • dnb is NOTHING compared to Jungle

  • @ThePlanetMu I'm aware you may not give a shit, but do you know there are some people who think Jungle and DnB are exactly the same thing!??? Nice to see there are still some who know the difference. All the best.

  • @Peopleitsbad2 Big up mate, I know people are just stupid, end of story.)))

  • bookum in 95 was key!!

  • Love that tape and love this tune

  • Hey undies,

I swear i've commented on this tune ages ago - absolute winner! Well moody.

Do you think it is the end of tuesday eves?

  • wiked sounds

    thank you.

  • Wish to god I still had my Yaman tapes. Other than Bukem's '95 'Marsin' Out' they just seemed to have vanished....Methinks some light fingered mates have half inched 'em over the years.....Bastards!

  • @croydonspur Check out hardscoredotcom they have just about all of em to d/l.

  • This is just about as bleak and severe as music can possibly get. Monstrous amens from Trace. Dark, horrible, and fucking superb in every way.

  • One of the tunes that got me into jungle many years ago, I had never heard music like this before!!!

  • This was the opening tune on the Mickey B - Dance Trance Feb '94 tape I had and lost many years ago. Loved it and haven't heard it for years! Thanks! If anyone else has that tape still, please let me know. There is another tune on that tape that was unique (didnt have it on any other tapes) which I would love to hear again.

  • pure ruffness, please someone find the DAT and release it!!!

  • @studioinsisto

amen to that, trace and the virus guys owe us a lot of blindings :-))

  • Remake is on here. Search for:

Leviticus - The Burial (2009 Amen Jungle Remix)

  • @liferasta 1 the second tune is Unit 1´s "Theme", don´t know if it´s an alias of them :-)

  • @MarkusAudio Yes it is one of there aliases

  • I like how hes mixed in the record at the end, I want to hear that play out also, its a Wax Dr & Reece tune I believe

  • Thank you one more time DJ Trace. This tune is like getting an earstick, sticking it into your ear and then realising that god himself is the cotton ball on the stick. It's godly. You close your eyes while poking around in the ear and grin like a little crocodile in the sun. This tune will live on forever in my brain.

  • deeeep...

  • It's a dictation, and is a definiton, o' how we live

  • classic amen tune

  • Whiplash Amen. Pure Badness.

  • Remix of 'Definition Of Life' which came on a Lucky Spin compilation CD STILL AVAILABLE, I think.... contact if you want me to dig it out and give matrix number etc.

    Terrible DJ Trace!!

  • yes please

  • One of the roughest amen tunes and never pressed!

  • Trace is a badman. Pullup!

  • Dopeness from trace. But this wasn't on Bukem's Volume 11 Yaman Tape which I have. It is on Volume 12. track 1.

  • This needs to be given a release on Deejay recordings reissue programme

  • word, this is a killer

I remember reading on some forum rolldabeats or something and they asked him about it supposedly he'd lost the original dat or something along those lines, how they've not managed to release this is criminal

  • Someone has done a remake which is on limited release

He's a genuine trustworthy bloke. You get some other goodies with it too. Details of where to get it are on the link above.

  • Anyone know how to get hold of the Bukem tape this comes from?

  • I also had this on a Bukem tape and could never find it on vinyl. What a tune.

  • Yer .... criminal that this tune never got pressed for the masses! .... must be a good reason for it though. one of Traces finest moments imo..........

  • the one on scr lp007 is shite!!

This one is the best version!

Shame it didn't went on plastic :(

if anyone knows him ask him please!!!

    ;)

  • wait wait wait wait!!!!
