Indian Railways, largest employer in the World. No Walmart. IR was able to upgrade services, pull consultants from flights and put them on the rail. That takes some significant business engineering. Also, I don't take the train to bath in its bathrooms. If you went to India to show how dirty it was here and there, then get out and book a flight to Sweden. The crapy bathroom doesn't represent Indian culture, Just as the mold growing between your bathroom tiles doesn't rep western culture.

IR is the world's biggest public sector employer. Please appreciate the fact that they work really hard to keep the system up and running.
Why is the public only crtical of what IR does? Why cant they not do their own part in keeping the toilets clean? If you noticed the red spit near the sink, that is because someone didnt care about running the water after spitting. Would he do the same in his house? NO, because then he would have to clean it up.
