Hope Colin Edwards stays in Moto GP!He`s a great guy and is a great teammate for James Toseland who is surprising a few people I bet! Good to see Nicky back on form!
One of the best in the world eh!Well i`d like to see him at the Isle of Man TT races or BSB!I hear those Yoshi Suzukis are so much better than the compitition that the other teams only really race for 3rd!Bring back the Transatlantic Trophy! That would be something worth watching!
Closed course racing is like apples and oranges. Now Spies in MotoGP would be the place to see him run for the world title. Actually maybe WSBK where equipment isn't quite as important.
I met Ben in 1999 while he was getting his tryout at Pocono, and I was a fledgling privateer on a burnt out used superbike.... what a guy. Him and John Hopkins were both great kids... you guys remember my burgers?
too bad after watching some of your "track videos" you couldnt carry ben spies' lunch. period. dont criticize someone who is faster than you, rule of the motorcycle racer!
He's neither arrogant nor ignorant. Watch him in a post race interview. He is very calm and humble. He always congratulates the other two podium finishers. On the race track he is as smart as they come. Only rarely does he make a mistake. And one other thing you need to remember................America has produced some of the finest motorcycle racers the world has ever seen.
Yea you mean like last weekend after Fabrizio humbly apologised for crashiing into him in race 1 then Spies wouldnt even look at him on the podium in race 2..
Oh yea and Valentino isnt american and neither was Doohan so how can you say the best riders the world has ever seen are american??
Fabrizio made a huge mistake and Ben has a right to be upset about it. I do appreciate the fact that Fabrizio took the blame and apologized though. Also, I said that America has produced "some" not all of the finest riders. Rainey, Swantz, Edwards, Spies, Lawson, Spencer, etc.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
What a prick! He is arrogant and ignorant!
Even when he won he wouldnt shake Mladins hand after he offered it!
He should follow the attitude of Nori Haga and everyone would love him worldwide!
But i suppose he is an obnoctius American!!!
