Some one out there should try and stop this deforestation - only talks is not going to work as deforestation is pretty rampant in Borneo. Not long ago - logs of woods carried down stream and was reported in the newspaper - So help our forest for the future of the our children not only to fill up the pockets of this loggers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As super complex sapient beings it is our duty to act as guardians for the earth not to rape it for resources. Hopefully one day we will live super clean with fusion tecnology and have paper free offices and adopt the idea of tree farms for wood. Only then will we have achieved green civilisation.

In future we could leave the Earth as a giant Zoo and live whether on other cosmic objects or super-urbanized areas, that would take less place bu could upkeep millions inf not billions of people

@EdTheBadass In the distant future i could actually see the idea of earth just being a giant zoo be real. After most of earths resources have gone and we have colonised other parts of our galaxy we might as well as keep earth as a huge biosphere and look over it like gods.

One day it just came to me- why people explored before and now try to reach Moon, and soon Mars etc?

Because it is in our instincts - we feel the need to trawel to new lands just like every living creature, becasue unconsciously we feel, that staying in one place will damage that place beyond repair. Everything in nature(e.g.even we use crop rotation) circulates and so it recreates. Since people started to live in one place we feel this urge to leave planet ..

@EdTheBadass That is true, Homo-Sapiens instinct is to explore and adventure however i think stuff like money holds everything back. If it wasnt for economics and everyone worked for the goodness of mankind then i believe we would have already reached the space age. Unfortunatrly there are some greedy corporate bastards that like everything for themselfs and until the day where they are gone i cant see humans fully colonising space.
