In my case has been very usefull free tool (or maybe the only one to do it) to convert FLV to as much formats you want, even the MOV format converted by Zamzar is ready to be used at the iPhone with no further adjustment. This site's great; since I started using it, it's never failed me. If a conversion does stall, all I have to do is re-attempt it and it works!
