the only other videos i have seen this phenomena is on chernobyl videos, of videos of chernobylite mineral

@british367 In some parts of the video, the Rad Monitor was on. In other parts it was off. I guess they don't run it all the time, or perhaps it's only active on one of the two robots.

I cringed at the mention of a hydrogen explosion being the cause of the damage in Unit 3, otherwise - a sound report, NNW. You're not to blame for such mistakes, though, since it is TEPCO providing all of the information in collusion with the Jap gov't.

At least they've admitted, albeit indirectly, to corium in Unit 2 via rising vapour from the breach in primary containment below ground level.
