  • Too much talking. Your talking was so frustrating it ruined the point of the video.

  • I think there are two different types of people. For one person IF is the way to go if you find yourself starving the more you eat but when you don't eat your not hungry, Then IF is for you. If your the kind of person who feels really full when you eat 8 times a day and you just feel really well with that. Then your not the type of person IF is made for. But the good news is I believe people are one or the other. So with a little observation you can tell whats correct for you quickly.

  • @hcinep I agree. It's definitely a great way of eating to accomplish weight loss goals if you are the type of person that skips breakfast usually and enjoys large satisfying meals versus mini meals through out the day. I'll be updating my 1 month results next week. :)

  • IF Works. It worked for me. I fast from 10pm at night till 2pm the next day 16 hr. On days I don't workout my carb's are lower. Days I workout I up my carb's allot especially right after my full body weight training. I don't care what any magazine or TV show says. I started At 260 lbs 37% body fat. 2 years later I'm 184 lbs 10% body fat. I am bulking right now and still doing the same fast. Just upped my calories. I eat like 900 calories per meal and I'm never hungry, Even during fasting.

  • @hcinep i switched over to a IF about 6 weeks ago and for the first time in my life i can hold a lean condition. Im about 5 feet 9 inches 170 and 7-8%. My performance has not suffered at all. it actually got better. I can take one step and dunk a basketball. that really turns heads on the basketball court. my strength is way up and i dont worry about food.

  • @hcinep the best is when you tell people you fast and they think you are catabolizing muscle because of what the magazines and supplement companies tell you. Then you show them your "catabolized" self and they immediately think you are taking steroids! I am currently bulking too using the same method. Its going better than planned.

  • @aanderson66

True I have never lost muscle. One thing I do now when using it to bulk Is do the IF on non training days and then just do a normal day On the day I workout, getting one meal 2 hours before my workout.. When I do the IF on off days then you have that pre workout meal and my body wasn't expecting it ..it just explodes my muscles with that glycogen and Just feels like it sends it all to my muscles when I workout.. I feel very anabolic.

  • @afast5lifestyle Yea, those small meals just frustrate me! IF is the only way for me to get this done!

  • @theswedishsavant Right, I do see it as a lifestyle but I guess most people wouldn't see it as a lifestyle right from the get-go. I personally can see myself eating this way forever and being completely happy with it. Losing weight and never starving is the way to go! I am practicing IIFYM most definitely. :)

  • @sarasayshi Subscribe to this channel instead, forgot I had an old account lol. Cheers!
