No clear instructions about how to do the more complex (and crucial) parts. Too much time showing how to undo a screw and not enough on how to unclip the ribbon pop cable and screen. Admittedly I didn't need to know how to remove the screen as I'd already ripped the pop cables. Phones buggered, have to claim on insurance after all.
