@ ALLYOUHATERS: This is going to be the greatest game of all time. It is going to be an epic edition to the series. It doesn't matter about the originals anymore, Diablo I is in the past. Sure it was amazing, but it's time to move on. Look ahead to what's coming.. DIABLO3! 2 months on the beta and I am still replaying it over and over. This game is far from disappointing. It will be the only game I have ever gotten a Collector's Edition for. Truly amazing job Blizzard, I CANNOT WAIT.

I'm actually really disappointed in the direction blizzard has taken Diablo 3 already, paid auction houses, auction houses in general... Even the mystical music they're changing to this.. orchestra wow music....This was not the direction that Blizzard North wanted their master peice (Diablo 1 & 2) to go.. They should really consider bringing Blizzard North branch back.

i think this music is good....but i was kinda dissapointed that they didn't go with some of the original style DIABLO 1 music, Diablo 1 Tristram with the guitar and stuff was amazing....everytime i hear it it makes me want to play DIABLO 1...xD but i still think this music is good as well...it will make the game experience much more enjoyable

Diablo isn't supposed to be epic, it's supposed to be dark and scary. For crying out loud - the game's name translates to "Satan". Why is a game called Satan supposed to be epic?!

@pixartist Well, maybe that's the problem... They changed the feel of the whole game, and not just the music. In the first Diablo game you walked around in dark dungeons, not knowing what's hiding behind the corner. In Diablo 2 and 3 you walk outside in the sunlight and what not.

Tristram used to be such a dark town, full of fear and haunted by demons. I suppose the game is a legitimate continuation of the main story, but it doesn't have that dark feel that lured so many gamers in anymore.

The so called "buy in game benefits" are avaliable to everyone. Other than that, there's just a meaningless sophomoric contrapuntal mess. What does it say about your main theme, when the only art to be found in it is a brief homage to the original.
