Honestly, I think this guy sucks. Sure he can throw his sticks around and act strange when he plays, but thats not much skill. Yes it is hard to do what he does, but considering him as being great is to far. Look at Thomas Lang, he's an amazing player and he can flip the stick around.

To put it in simple terms, it's very similar to, but with a bit easier playing, to Shannon Larkin of Godsmack. Work on getting the song down and then slowly add whatever showmanship desired without compromising on the actual playing.
