a good sauce is peanut butter with tomato paste and hoisin sauce sauteed garlic and chili flakes.

another great dipping sauce is 2 tbsp spoon lime juice or lemon or apple cider vinegar, 2tbsp soy sauce (kikkoman), and some white pepper. mix it up and dip. good alternative that is lighter and fresh, imo.

if u are using vermicelli u have to cook them or you will have stomach upset.
