thanky you for your hard effort i feal the throat charkat has switch from talkative to ideal, still very early want more tiem to be certan , gratude and belessing to you and your kin,,, just to inform pryor to your asstanci i clensed with the chakra insence(1 pack for each chakra 5 sticks per pack,,,,made in TIBET),,,,,DRAGON TURTLE MAN POSTING OFF :) <3 :)
I liked the part where it went "riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing" for two straight minutes.
It is called a Ting-shag and is an antique Tibetan cymbal that is traditionally used for ending meditations helping us to become grounded ready to face the world again. Being meditation music this is a good ending. Some of my work on CDs one person complained left them floating in space i.e. I don't end all of my music this way.
Onhis wesite I've seen pix from 1971 of singing bowls from his collection. He must've been one of the very first in UK to use these special sounds. I love the respect he shows for them and especially for their sounds - so deeply respectful of so-called silence. Somehow there is more going on here than merely hitting bowls! - like you get on some other vids on youtube. I'm so glad I went on to check out this second part. It's as if some ancient Tibetan yogi has been transplanted to Aberdeen!!!
One of my favourite video's of your meditation in sound, Frank. Love the stillness inside the sounds. It
feels like being led through a landscape in soft cool light, kept on the path as the tones and resonances call one to move forward and upwards into a temple and a presence then suddenly to stop, and awaken, sharply (at the last bell) into light...into absolute consciousness. Namaste, Thank you Brother.
Man... I know the mental health system isn't great, but don't abandon it completely or fall into believing in clairvoyance. Schizophrenia and other mental "illness" are physical and based in physical brain structure and brain chemistry. I find singing bowls relaxing, but I've seen too many good people try to find comfort in things that make sense but are not True. Best of luck. Peace.
Hi, thanks for your concern i am feeling alot better now (not because of the singing bowl). But it is because of circumstances in my life that have changed for the better.
As regards to the whole spiritual thing, i am not religious atall, but being spiritual has helped me get through this.
Bells worldwide are made of bell metal. This is 80% Copper and 20% Tin as this has been found to give the best sound and strength for many centuries past. BTW you could watch my A/Vs for better sound such as Fiery World. Some of the bowls are heavy whilst others are light - depending how thick they are. Glad you liked the arrangement - it was all I could take on the train up to Scotland as I won around 250 of these!
