Lovely Series 2a m8, My Brothers got a series 3 short wheel base and a series 2a aswell, i dont blame the series from being pulled it has agricultural tyres, My brothers series 3 has X-70's military tyres, they are great off road, and grip very well on very wet road and snow.

@theconemen Tyres are always a compromise. The vehicle came with these Semperits, which last pretty well and are good on the road. At the end of the day, the S2a is cheap vehicle for towing.

Next video will be playing with the Fairey capstan winch - another useful bit of kit for launching and recovering boats.

with those tyres not surprising the tractor had an advantage, however as usual the land rover was great
