How is it that the first wave music ("Twilight Zone") sounds almost exactly like "Tecnho Syndrome"? I know the band had Belgian producers, and The Immortals (aka Lords of Acid) were Belgian. But other than that, I can't seem to find any other connection.
How in gods name do you go from awesome music in the Japanese release (watch?v=4RDmr4PL43M) to the SHIT music in the US release...this game is aggravating to listen too...the music is repetitive and doesn't fit the game at all.

pokerderk is right. the jp music is 1000x times better and the US release needed somethign to target their audience so they put an Activision Sports soundtrack to it which is just an insult to gamers.
terrible game. song is recycled from their library they were gonna use on a sports game. needed money and thought , oh lets push this shitty shooter and slap a sports game sound track to it. it was a terrible idea and thats why the shump/sports soundtrack idea failed. Ali Lexa , John Rodriguez, i hope you have shitty lives, and are not making/stealing music anymore.
Pretty sweet looking shooter! A bit short, but definitely an obscure little gem that flew under that radar. And the music was an awesome bonus, too. :)

I used to have this game. It was actually cool and fun. But it couldn't touch Super R-Type, IMO.

By the way Biometal came out in 93 while Space Jam came out in 96 so yeah....it's Space Jam that has Biometal music not the other way around.

Yeah, they changed the music when they brought it to the US. The Japanese music is 1000x better.

Yep :( shame this isn't of the Japanese version. I might have sat through it otherwise. I feel similarly about X-Kalibur 2097 vs. Sword Maniac.
