Whether you call him Congressman Brown or Dr. Brown, this person has no shame in saying "you can always go to the emergency room" in reference to healthcare. In this instance, for treatment of depression! The man was telling Brown about the cost of his medication, and this was Brown's response! One only has to look for themselves here on Youtube to hear Obama and other politicians say how a Public Option is nothing but a doorway to Single Payer. Single, as in one, as in no competition, just the government.

The Joint Committee on Taxation. Americans who fail maintain appropriate insurance could be fined and then charged with a penalty of $25,000 and up to a year in jail if they do not pay the fine.
