When I was a younger man I read several issues of Popular Mechanics in the 1960s, in a two or three part feature in several editions they put forth the theory that the first Russian space walk just had to be faked.

All the film and photos just wren't consistent...the reflections of the sun in the helmet visor differed from shot to shot, the way the shadows looked, the way the umblical hose floated, all manner of stuff.

The narrator talks about them "faking" a distance shot of earth from "low earth orbit" by taking a video through the round window. But in the video the earth is NOT going past at 17,000 mph as it would if they were still in low earth orbit.

THAT is a GREAT POINT! All of the alleged landing sites are supposed to be seen directly from the earth and I am thinking that the sun on most of those "landing sites" was directly above BUT!!... Tons of lunar photographs show the sun slightly above the horizon... with no spoke rays emitting at all... like a giant spot light... hmmm???

The better the Nasa pictures get of the moon, the more fake the landing looks. Ive seen black and white and the newer HD color pix of these guys on the moon and they all look a little photoshoped. If they did land on the moon, why stop?

The TV transmission from the moon was B&W...I'm sure color TV cameras of that day and age were not like keychain video cams today...there were trade offs for every lb of weight and i suspect a color TV camera was heavier than a B&W,...and so what...there isn't much color on the lunar surface.

I watched the entire program from Mercury through Gemin though Apollo on TV and Time/Life - right beside the Viet nam war every evening, and frankly it never occured to me that the space program was some elaborate diversion....we protested the war anyway.

But moon rocks collected in the orginal moon landings had water content in them. You concede that we were able to insert the Saturn 1B & the Saturn V into earth orbit. Yes? How much more of a leap is it to have the Saturn V blast out of earth orbit, go thru TLI, and head out to the moon. It is not that big of a stretch. The Soviets landed unmanned probes on the moon also, so just try to think about.

The Soviet Union was tracking our spacecraft and monitoring every move NASA made. If the Apollo missions were faked, the S.U. would have annouced that to the world. When I was a younger man I read several issues of Popular Mechanics in the 1960s, in a two or three part feature in several editions they put forth the theory that the first Russian space walk just had to be faked.
Why?
All the film and photos just wren't consistent...the reflections of the sun in the helmet visor differed from shot to shot, the way the shadows looked, the way the umblical hose floated, all manner of stuff.

The TV transmission from the moon was B&W...I'm sure color TV cameras of that day and age were not like keychain video cams today...there were trade offs for every lb of weight and i suspect a color TV camera was heavier than a B&W,...and so what...there isn't much color on the lunar surface.
BTW: How old are you?...I think this will be rlevant in our continued discussion.

But moon rocks collected in the orginal moon landings had water content in them. The moon rocks are also debated by scientist because the water contents in the rocks match earths desert stones and one moon rock was found to be a piece of petrified wood.

Sibrel was charged with harassment and trespassing early on. That's why he got fired from his part time TV cameraman job. Then he stole the ABC title and started his one man show.
Sibrel filed charges against Buzz for the punch. The judge threw it out, saying that Aldrin was justified under the circumstances.

The technology already existed. Rockets? check...celestial navigation? check...mathematics? check...NASA took these diciplines and applied them to a specific goal. Most of the astronauts were all current or former military pilots, a great many of them graduating from service academies. The thought of them perpetuating a hoax is ludicrous. @freedomfan0801 Technology…I'll ask you...do you think we ever sent satellites to the moon? Do you think we soft landed vehicles on the moon? If so, there isn't that much of a difference in landing two guys in a small lander, I guess we threw in the failed moon mission just to make it look good, huh?
Most people that grew up watching the space program progress from concept through the nine moon missions don't have a problem accepting facts - instead of conspiracy theories.

Did all you hoax believers notice that Bart's "bible" clearly has some sort of taped on b&w photographs covering half of the front and back covers? See 4:53, 5:09, 7:26 - 8:10. Armstrong says, "Mr. Sibrel, knowing you thats probably a fake bible." Knowing Sibrel's lunatic antics, it is a pretty safe bet that that book was not the bible.

Why this man is xpnding his time finding out if the man really rech the moon???? I think this is insane, do something better with your time if you got a cam go and film birds, grils in bikini or what ever but don't go arround asking people if they do thi or that, ASK YOUR PRESIDENCE WHY YOU KEEP KILLING PEOPLE IN IRAK (oil) OR AFGANISTAN (opium)??? that will be a goood question!!!

NASA should demonstrate that they went to the moon, the evidence so far are not very convincing, this guy is doing a good job but it's hard to convince people who do not want to see the truth

The best part of this video is definitely 07:06. I keep replaying that section. The Apollo program took place at the height of the cold war. The Soviet Union was tracking our spacecraft and monitoring every move NASA made. If the Apollo missions were faked, the S.U. would have annouced that to the world. Remember the S.U. did have the capacity to track the Apollo Capsules all of the way to the Moon. American astronauts really did walk on the Moon 40 years ago.
