  • I would say the most disciplined are the ones who would succeed . It takes discipline to follow a regime , it take discipline to put in the effort , it takes discipline not to go back to old ways , it takes discipline to follow goals. Its one of the strongest characteristics you need for anything , including weight loss. Discipline is what seperates dreams from do'ers.

  • Oh hello! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • I woke up one day and I was tiered of being fat so i decided to lose a pound a day. so I work out 2hrs a day and I barley changed the way I eat and I lost 7pounds in 1 week! The hardest thing was not eating as much and the sudden erge to eat after 2 week I lost 14 pounds I still got some ways to go. Good luck to you all =)

  • @PittyDomino Thank you :) This channel is about losing weight, so that is why that is the emphasis.   • @antishay awesome video! I want to lose weight in the next couple of months but the problem i have is not that im not healthy. Cuz if u come into my fridge ull see that its pretty much full of greens, fruits and protein (my parents doing)...so its not the food. But i think that the problem is that i cant find motivation to be consistently working out bc i get discouraged quickly. Hope u have some advice fore me.

  • ...I decided to keep a journal, and each week I'd add one more tip to add to the list. (cut junkfood, drink 8 glasses of water a day, etc.) and i'm going to see how many pounds I can lose in 4 months.

  • I work at McDonalds so we get a meal free on our break, so my baby step is switching fries and Coke for salad and water :) My next step is to stop eating the leftovers at the end of the day!!!!

  • Nice work, im not fat but I have good knowlege on weight loss, for example eating fat doesnt make you fat its the high calories in the faty foods that do.

    Putting it simple eat below your TDEE and you will lose weight, only reason you lose weight eating healthy is because healthy foods naturally have low calories.

    So eating healthy and having one burger a day wont harm as long as your still below your TDEE ;)

  • Overall, I'd say you have a great message and you are pretty much right on target. The only thing I would caution against is saying that anyone can lose weight. There are some people who simply cannot for medical reasons. Also, I would caution people against thinking that their weight loss will be permanent. For most people, it is not. (We all hope that it will be, but the numbers say otherwise.)

  • this was very inspiring and it really does make sense to get to permanent weight loss.. four thousands' time, I am going to start making changes to lose weight but will do it ur way and hopefully this will be my last :)...thanks for motivation!!!

  • The message you're conveying here isn't a new one, really, so that's not what's great about the video. What IS incredible is the way you make that message so simple -- it's astounding. The delivery matters as much as the actual message, if not more, and you've done a great job at communicating it. This makes the pieces (information) fit (more usable). Well done.

  • Im not trying to lose weight drastically, but make sure I stay slim. I *love* to exercise I could do it all day.   • I never thought of it like that, I always blame myself day by day why i'm fat and that i can't do it. I always put myself down and I wonder why I can't get below 180 no matter what I do. After something happened to me when I was a child I started gaining weight and I guess I haven't accepted the fact that, that was the past and its time to move on from the bad memories.   • The main thing is patience. You're absolutely right that everyone expects immediate results and when they don't get it they just quit. I'm not trying to lose weight, but I'm trying to gain muscle mass. I always used to hit the gym but my body never seemed to change. I finally just sucked it up and made a routine of it, starting small and ultimately working my way up. Now I finally have noticeable biceps and abs. Patience is the key, thank you so much.

  • Talk about it girlfriend.  I have begun my weight loss journey one week ago. I have decided that I am going to layer one good choice on top of another. I have started with exercise.   • hey i just watched ur video, and i'm ready. but the thing is im 14 and already 183lbs. i know thats alot for a 14 year old, and i'm really trying. but its hard when ur mother wont stop pressuring u. she even said she would buy me a laptop if i lose weight. i feel like a falure to her, and y can't she except me for who i am, and wat i look like? i'm going to try to take baby steps, but with her in my ear all the time it'll be hard.

    dont pay your mother any attention im NOT sayin disrespect or ignore her just look at the situation as her being an mosquito. the way you can squat at her is to start being healthy. start walking, cut sodas, walk places rather than catch a ride, make more healthy eating choices, just turn your negatives into positives and youll start losing weight. who cares what others have to say because they are not you no matter what you do someone will always have somthing to say about it

  • Wow @ what she says, she is so right, i weigh what 140 lbs?, but think i really need to lose the excess fat on my sides and legs. because i can still pinch so much of my belly, i've been finding it so hard to cut down on the foods i'm so used to eating for so many years, but after watching this video it really has helped me and made me want to make another try at changing right now, good stuff :)

  • great reply, i have been going at it since 2007. I began with changing my diet, became a vegetarian, from 270 I got down to 230. 2008, I began to work out, with a mid section of 46" and weighing in at 230! I began to work out hard. From there on...up to right now! i am at 220, but my mid section is at 37 inches!!

    yeah! I am 10lbs less, but!! my body tells a different story. It is all going well and as plan

  • I am a long time cyclist with a cancerous lession in anus soon to receive chemoradiation therapy. I am searching for a way to maintain my physical fitness in the upcoming 6 weeks. I think you have motivated me to go home and run this afternoon after work. I cycle 5000 miles annually before discovering the lession. I have gained significantly from listening to you talk. I know I only need to maintain but when you are used to burning 1000's of calories weekly you need to find new outlets.marc
