its a bit rare to see traditional northern kung fu styles other than xing yi and bagua.. most of what you see is that modern wushu Standard Longfist Competition Form crap with all these fancy and cute moves

i find southern fist better than long fist because it is fulled with short and powerful blows whilst long fist is mainly a defensive style.
