I believe there are a lot of good cops out there, but most of the ones from LA are shoved into the corruption that underlies every aspect of the entire protection services and judiciary systems. When I lived there I heard horror story after horror story. Cops not showing up when women call to say they are being abused, documents disappearing, police brutality. And I was just a regular college kid. Corrupt is just the way they do things down there. It was hard to feel safe.

Not sure how you deduce that from the video. The cop was in the wrong but nothing indicates he was drunk. There is plenty to indicate the woman/victim was drunk. Showing that one cop in Indianapolis was drunk during the commission of a vehicular crime does not prove that this cop was drunk during the commission of his assault/battery crime.

You may be right, but unfortunately there is no evidence the police hit her at all. In fact, often many criminals have "beaten themselves up" or attempted suicide in police cells or bashed their own heads against doors and cell bars. There are many of these officers who are incapable of leading normal lives and who are a threat to the community and themselves, which is a good reason why frequent drug testing and ongoing mental evaluations should be a priority to those who are paying the salaries of these officers. I'm a doctor, and I've dealt with facial injuries before. Those kinds of injuries are not consistent with a fall. Ecchymosis under the eyes, yes. But she has bruising all around the eyes. She was beaten, pure and simple.

Well, some do, as the suicide rate for police is twice that of ordinary people, and they know that offing themselves is the best thing for them to do. F**ck the police! And the god dam Louisiana department of motor vehicles they are state backed extortionists nothing less. That state police is an asshole bully that should get a clue who the real criminals are his bosses. Stripping the liberties of true Americans that tell it like it is and it is real dumb in this state. You charged me an additional $94 for a background check you know who I am you crooks.
Police routinely destroy or omit evidence they are corrupt in this state.

4 The truck accelerated across the street and struck my grandfather as he was planting some roses for his girlfriend. He was 86 a WW2 veteran and a man that spent his life involved in charity work and I have this dick on my land telling me he is investigating me because our state is so unsophisticated that they don't take a standard instrument of payment a debit card or check for a renewal of my license!

I wish I had a recorder with me at that time because he was way out of line in his manner of speech especially since I was on my way to my grandfather's funeral. See my grandfather was killed in a murder suicide car collision in the same state La. The woman standing outside the suv shot her husband as he was behind the wheel with her children in the car. They were arguing and he wanted to leave and let her cool off. as he was leaving the woman shot him dead in the head.

When I returned I told them that their policy was out dated and if a robber was looking for a place with a lot of cash this would be a good start since you mandate we use only cash. About 3 weeks later you know a Louisiana State police showed up to my home in an unmarked car to question me if I had any intentions of robbing the DMV I asked him what he was talking about he told me that he got a tip that I was going to rob the DMV.

1At the DMV I was told I had to have cash for my license renewal. Since I drive a truck It cost some $80I asked if they took debit card or check they said no not for a license I said now wait a minute I have 2rides registered in this state my residence hasn't changed in years and you take a check over $1,000 to register my car but you need cash for a drivers license, I had to leave to get that much cash because you will get robbed if you carry a lot of cash I carry under $20 like a pizza man.
