  • This was one of the first songs that got me into rock music. I have been humming along to this one off and on since that time in the late 80's.

  • QUE HP LO MAXIMO LIVE !!! todavia no ha perdido la voz este tipo!!! ICEHOUSE RULES!

  • Iva still has it, bring all the 80's music back, transport me back in time!

  • Would love to see Icehouse in the states. Iva still sounds GREAT!! Awesome pipes!

  • Lo maximo! Saludos del PERU!

  • WOW , still such a GREAT CLASSIC SONG ... Still Fresh as the day it came out !

  • Iva Davies rules

  • EXLENTE!!! DESDE LA CUMBRE CORDOBA ARGENTINA!!!

  • Man, what band ever sounds as good as they did 30 years ago!! Ice House is one of a kind....

  • Escuchen CRAZY en el concierto The Melbourne Show 1988, y ahora escuchen CRAZY en el SOUD RELIEF in Sidney, Australia 2009, parece que con los años se escucha mejor tanto la versión como la voz, excelentisimo, icehouse, mi grupo favorito

  • aging with grace, IVA!!! "CRAZY" about icehouse..... thank you for your great music!!!

  • Nice

  • tour Iva! Get outa bed!

  • wonderful .. mate .. CHEERS

  • What a great aussie band legends <3

  • Me quedé mudo... Iva Davies... un verdadero artista en todo el sentido de la palabra.

  • QUE ROLOTOTA,DONDE ESTAN LOS BUENOS GRUPOS?

  • espectacular sin palabras

  • One of my all time favorite songs. I was fortunate to see them while in Perth in 1989 while in the US Navy. It's sad that more Americans haven't been blesses to hear their music.

  • @alohagolfr1 I agree. Here in the US, they received some airtime on the radio and TV but not nearly enough for me. They are such an excellent and talented band of musicians. Truly one of the greatest there have been and they will always be a favorite of mine. I love them still.

  • great performance

  • Wow I lost them almost 10 years & now I c that the time don't stopped... where is her long hair & his babyface

  • Glad to see he got rid of the Mega Mullet.

  • @bobosharkey In my opinion he looked great in the mullet.

  • @Agaravalia1 Yeah but I don't think it'd look good now a days.

  • @bobosharkey You never know.

  • That guitar riff gives you goosebumps. Jams!

  • For me, the 80s in general meant synth pop of the worst kind - no names, no pack drill as I wouldn't want to upset fans of Spandau Ballet, Duran Duran, etc. Almost a wasted decade. But then there was Icehouse. The magnificent, best Oz band ever, Icehouse. Thanks Iva & Co for some wonderful music. Fancy a gig or two in Spain any time?!?

  • Iva Davies. What more can I say. He has the best male voice I have ever heard in quite a long time. Too bad my generation does not know what good music is. Please Mr. Davies come and do a concert tour here in the united states.

  • You gotta be crazy to love the 80's!

If i am dreaming don't wake me,,,,,,

  • where's the mullet? lol

  • Buaa, He was sooo cute

    :(

  • best performance ! ;-) thanks.

  • Iva is an alien.

Icehouse: another way of coming to heaven.

  • One of Australia's best bands. Iva Davies is a genius.

  • You gotta be crazy baby if you don't like this

  • @airsidetv AGREE

  • F@#king awesome!!! Proud to be Australian every time I hear this song!!!

  • Fantastic !! I hope see them in Spain...

  • There weren't too many songs I liked that came out in the 80's -- but this was one of the few I did. Great song and vocals.

This band (don't know if it's the original lineup) sounds great! I like the way the replicate the original guitar feedback and synth sounds.

  • Great performance but I can't agree that they sound better today than in the 1980s. Iva's voice in the 1988 melbourne show is flawless, he sings in a higher key and sounds better than the LP versions on most songs . Anyway , I would love to see them live in NZ sometime soon , they are australia's best band by far in my opinion .

  • temon loco temon....

  • WOW, he still has the great powerful sounding voice! LOVE IT!

  • sounds like hes in his 20's

  • Leaving Ireland tomorrow for a tour of this great world, if anyone hears of an Icehouse gig, please reply, id go anywhere to be there, anywhere

  • absolutely one of the most underrated bands of the 80's. Difference, is these guys sound better than they did back then. This would be a show I wouldn't miss should they tour! Nice job guys-- sounds great!

  • Wow, still has the voice.....

  • I still love this song today. Even the words are more fitting to me now-"Happy, Sad and Loosing My Hair" How appropriate.

  • PLEASE TOUR IVA we luv you you are an aussie legend !!

    SOUNDING GREAT !!

  • epic. icehouse, PLEASE TOUR!

  • PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ Iva and band members, do another concert. It will be a sellout. PLZ???????????????????

  • Remember watching this performance in the lounge room with the sound system absolutely pumping. It was an amazing performance and a great night.

  • When oh when is the Bi-Polar Poems album going to get released Iva? It gets circa 1M hits when you search google? Good to see the band back in action again sounding as good as ever. Please come to the UK!!! Look at all the other bands making a comeback these days!

  • Wow, they are fantastic, as always, I'm a bit sad- you Aussies can see them live, flightcosts and hotel will kill my bankaccount, please, please come to Europe and fill the stadiums, you have no idea, how often we still listen Icehouse in our radiostations, manytimes - everyday realy.....they are still on air...

  • I sent this to my sister (txhillcntry2005) when I found it early Sunday morning when I Googled Iva Davies looking for information about what he is up to these days. He still sounds and looks great! Thanks for posting this video!

  • I was thrilled to see this from a link that my sister sent me. We saw Icehouse in the 80's when they came to Dallas, Texas during The Man of Colours Tour. I had seen them on MTV and told her..."you have got to see this band !" We bought all the CD's we could find in the States. Iva sounds as good as he did back 20 years ago. Thanks for this video. I too would love to see Icehouse again.

  • I love Icehouse.....This is what music is supposed to be about damnit

  • We want a tour, Mr. D!

  • Do we care that the rest of the band is ring-ins? They all look about 20 years younger than Iva.

  • Not true. The only real newbie to the line-up is Glenn Reither on sax/keyboards. He replaces Simon Lloyd, who was with the band from about 1984 to the late 1990s.

Paul Wheeler will still look in his 20s even when he's 107. ;oP

  • What a great song and voice, especially when played loud

  • iva is still great..the years havent robbed him of anything!!! CRAZY is still one of my favourites...id love to see the icehouse again on tour!!!one of australias greatest icons is iva davies!!!! killer..

  • one of the most under-rated australian songs of all time, damn, they sound great!

  • yeah bourksey i agree with yr opinion. love this song its crazy.oh and iva

  • bourksey76, Icehouse are the most underrated Australian band of all time. They're legendary and deserve far more recognition than they get.

Iva, tour again now damnit! hehehe

  • Yes, I agree, please Iva! Please grab your band and tour! And be sure you also come to the USA when you do tour. I live in Washington State and back in the 80's you were one of my favorite bands and I sadly never got to see you perform live.

    Seriously, please tour!!!

    Jody

  • i agree!

great southern land for national anthem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Wish I could have been there...I love Icehouse. Why they never made it BIG in the UK is still a mystery to me. 20 years on Iva still has what it takes. More talent in his little finger than most of todays bands put together.

  • ...in short - shit record label, band were signed in USA and the UK office of didn't give a shit! But you're right they should have been bigger..

  • hell yeah, last night rocked!

  • fuck yeah

  • fantastic

  • Thanks for posting Melb chick!
