  • Wow, what a bunch of whiny cry-babies they must be over at Buds to Blooms.

I know where my dollars AREN'T going. If they're so bitchy about stuff I wouldn't want to have to deal with them if there was a problem.

  • Advanced Nutrients took our $5000 for an order. Product showed we had NO customer support, 22 emails to our Rep. 20 phone calls NO response...we sent the product back and they stole 1800 dollars as a restock fee....THEY ARE A BUNCH OF RIP OF ARTIST and that's all they are.

  • @BudstoBlooms why would you spend 5000 dollars with someone only to send it back? Even Lowes and Home Depot charge restock fee's. Sounds to me like you just want to jump on the hater bandwagon. You telling us that you used all their products start to finish and you were unsatisfied? Or did you just change your mind?

  • Advanced Nutrients is the biggest joke in the industry, BIG MIKE drop dead your company and product SUCK! Buds to Blooms Garden and Supply Co.

  • that link is dead....are they out of business?

  • @papashake Which link? All the ones I see work fine.

  • iv used this and i can tell u its great product a i got lots of health roots in my nft 424 all my clones grew nicely

  • So is voodoo juice better than H&G now...I see it's still being sold.

  • @BudstoBlooms Of course it's better. This isn't about Voodoo Juice.

If you WATCH THE VIDEO he says that he's not going to sell Jumpstart because H&G's is better. He's very clear that Voodoo Juice is a different kind of thing.

  • Thx for the honesty Big MIKE. Personally I dont use either. I give my babies a bit of breast milk from me wife 8 >>>)

  • @GreenbookPages

    Got a bottle for me m8 ;)??

  • @tosainu For sure Im selling $50 for 8 oz

  • @GreenbookPages

    See thats true spirit!

    Thanks m8!

  • Respect!

  • I can't tell if you guys are being deliberately obtuse or what.

AN isn't producing Jump Start because this video is over 1 year old. No one is buying it because they haven't made it in over a year.

And why the hell would you think AN would help H&G sell something? That's like the local independent coffee shop recommending customers go to Starbucks.

  • Advanced nutrients is trying to help them in sales. Why because that little bottle is over 110 dollars and no one is really buying it.

  • @TheRealtalk617 nobodys buying root exelurator? hahah everyone knows that shit is best on the market

  • Advanced nutrients is not producing this product because no one is buying it.

  • Roots Excelurator is a microbial based product, not hormone based like Big Mike says. Here's SD Hydro's Podcast on Roots Excelurator

  • @SanDiegoHydroponics Says who?

H&G won't say what's in it, and I'd trust someone with a lab over someone with a store to know what's in it.

  • @SanDiegoHydroponics

is made from Ammonium Nitrate and Potassium Hydroxide-microbial based is wrong, hormone based wrong again. Synthetic Based is the right answer here. Being a hydroponics store comment, it makes sense. People- don't trust everything someone at a hydroponics store tells you.

  • It's not Advanced Nutrients' fault if your hydro shop owner is crooked and wants to sell you expired product. AN can't go around and check up on all the shops that carry their products.

You have to be an informed consumer, you can't expect everyone to do it for you.

  • Weird i see this was uploaded more than a year ago, funny thing is i still see and have never seen them at any hydroshop in my area ever take jumpstart down. 2bad mike doesnt really remove it from the shelves.

  • Sweet, I just bought Jumpstart... $20 down the drain

  • @Phunkedub Well since they stopped selling Jumpstart OVER A YEAR AGO I doubt you really just bought some. If you did, you got a bottle from a shady store owner. I mean that bottle is over a year old and should never have been sold to anyone.

Take it back and demand your money back. That store owner screwed you, not AN.

  • @hydroherbal How would that be a shady store owner? AN didn't tell them to pull the product off the shelves they just discontinued it. If you were a store owner would you throw away merch from probably the most expensive nutrient company on the market? On top of that the fucking bottle leaks, they cant even spare a few extra cents on packaging. How can you blame the store? AN is the one who put out a shotty product. I have better results in an aero-cloner without it, it merks up the water.

  • @Phunkedub You were able to turn in any Jump Start you had to AN (as a store owner) and exchange for other AN products.

  • Sound like some haters down here. AN is by far the best system I've seen. It's more expensive by far, but it's well worth it. I use the whole system and my plants do much better than when I've tried GH, DM, and Dyna. Much better.

  • advanced waste of money

  • @Zhottaz True, it's a waste of money if you don't know how to grow.

For those of us who do, it MORE than makes up the difference.

  • @SMACKaMEfirstYO88

What are you smoking? Humboldt is not owned by AN.

  • wot about clonex????my cuttings r rooted in 1 week off clonex

  • @rockferrydawson clones will root regarless of rooting hormones if kept correctly / humidity up, transpiration down, 24hr light = rooting clones

  • @sogfimtop I agree with you in principle (though not 24 hour lighting) but the point of rooting hormones isn't to make rooting POSSIBLE, but to make it more RELIABLE.

Some people have a knack for cloning, some don't. A guy I know can practically clone a cat from a few hairs, some water, and a light. Another buddy can barely get one cutting in ten to survive. But you give him a good rooting hormone and suddenly he's doing really well.

A good rooting hormone stacks the odds in your favor.

  • You got my respect for that.

  • wow. that was really cool of him.

  • this is called honesty ppls ... something 95% of the world doesnt know

  • @MrSilent937 Well yeah but he also advertised the voodoo juice

  • @MAADMO So?

  • You Sir are a gentleman and a scholar. Thank you for being honest BigMike

  • Whether a marketing ploy or sincerity, I never saw an owner promote a competitor's product. Either way thanks Big Mike. You know, if not for all your marketing efforts, video, website, products, grow-offs, science papers, newsletters, I would not be a pro Thanks to you and advanced for the education. I know of no other company that helps their clients so completely anonymously, that I never even had to contact you folks. My education was easily retrieved, free, from the comfort of my home. wow

  • @easymoney4ever <- Truth

Seriously, Advanced Nutrients has done more to improve my growing than every other source combined. Even if all they're trying to do is sell me nutrients I don't really care because they've made me a better grower.

And the nutes really are as good as they say. Worth every penny.

  • And one more thing. you shouldn't come here and knock big mike unless you have the goods to back you up. If you did a side by side journal, you wouldn't have to imply people are liars. And if you do have a comparison journal, then it hasn't gotten out to the public, propably cause you hate the kind of people you need to get the word out. So bashing Mike tells me you have no counter to disprove him so you attack him as a last ditch effort. If you are not in the nute business, you are their pawn.

  • I bet you got a nice thank you letter from that company... or at least I would hope so!

  • @2tallbrandon some free nutes would be a great thank you. But again, you take a slap at them for making money. You know, you should put your energy into making money like mike. wasting time being jealous will only empty your pockets brother. I'd rather empty my pockets on good nutes. lol

  • @easymoney4ever Dude, thats not what I was saying at all, Im an avid user of this companies products. I was simply saying that the other company he was saying has a better product and no longer sells his equivalent because of it, and TELLS people this. That is awesome, and that is all.

  • @2tallbrandon sorry brother. I thought you were being sarcastic.

  • @easymoney4ever It's all good! No worries,

  • big mike, i love you guys and your products but i'm a little concerned about your pricing levels. now i wont try and trash your line because i believe and appreciate all the research you guys do and thats great but it's time for advance nuts to make a price adjustment for the sake of your market. keep it high ok but not so high that growers new to the game will obviously look elsewhere for simular combinations that may come to do as much as your products. don't be a thing that makes you go hemm?

  • @rmmy100 Are you serious... most of their nutes are 100% organic. Secondly they arent that much more expensive considering the line is made specifically for marijuana, while all the others are for other fruits and veggies. I agree for a new grower its expensive, but if your a new grower you should be buying the smaller bottles which will be enough to get them through their first grow. If all goes well, you can make your money back with the grow and buy more. If you want top quality bud, you pay.

  • @rmmy100 You want Flinstone vitamins, or do you want the latest nutriceuticals for your body so you get the best absorption , the best chelated mineral uptake, food based vitamins for better breakdown? Of course Flinstones are cheap pieces of crap compared to the more expensive food based vitamins. It's the same thing with plants nutrition. A big bud Kush plant is a track star athlete-feed it like one.

  • @itchyundies Yea, I love Big Mike, can I get your autograph? I don't even use AN smartass, gota wash yo az if ya must.

  • BIG MIKE, you are by far, 100% THE SHIT!!!

  • There should be more people lke BigMike in this world. We probably would be living on the moon by now. Way to keep it real BigMike!!!!

  • LMAO @whiterabbitjohn who doesn't know who makes Bushmaster, but knows that "all Rhino Skin is is potassium silicate". Yeah, I'm clearly putting a lot of stock in what this genius says...

For anyone that didn't spend way too many hours in chem lab, potassium silicate does not dissolve in water nearly as well as it needs to. To get the concentrations AN does you have to add a lot of expensive extras to keep it in solution.

  • So what your saying is this product will make more/bigger roots while the voodoo juice colonize those big roots with rhizobacteria?? So can I use phirana, tarantula, carbo load or bud candy and sesi-zime with this too?? want the BIGGEST/HEALTIEST roots by "flowering" time!!

  • @paperchsn69 be advised that voodoo is Tar Pir and scorp combined in liquid form. Some soil growers wanted them seperate for obvious reasons ...many of us hydro pepes wanted an all in one liquid live culture product...Voodoo

  • Hay Big Mike or anyone in charge can you confim or deny the rumors that Advance Nutrients actually owns Humboldt Nutrients and if so how long have you owned them.

  • @whiterabbitjohn Clarification: I can assure you that Advanced does NOT own Humboldt Nutrients. The product he is recommending is not a Humboldt Nutrients product either. Humboldt Nutrients makes "Humboldt Roots", which comes in a similar bottle (but works much better than Roots Accelerator).

  • @HumboldtNutrients Thanks HumboldNutrients I don't know why these guys couldn't answer ...by the way love your bushmaster it fucking does the trick and soon will be checking out your biologicals

  • @whiterabbitjohn Just because someone posts a video doesn't mean they sit around waiting for everyone to ask questions. I don't think this vanhydro is AN's official presence on YouTube or anything.

If you have questions you might try the Grower's Underground website this video came from originally - Advanced Nutrients does own that so they probably would get the message faster that way.

  • @hookedonhydroponics OK who cares Advance is a bunch Marketers that charge a fortune for baby aspirin

  • @whiterabbitjohn They don't make Bushmaster...educate yourself before you talk.

  • @R3DW1NGSx ROCK so what, WHO CARES! WTF r you being so pretentious for your point has nothing to do with the video (off topic). Your just an Advance Nutrient sympathizer, Advance Nutrients charges a fortune for Rhino Skin when all it is is potassium silicate,

  • @HumboldtNutrients yea, well from what I know, humboldt does not do too well in side by side comparison to a few products. All the biggest buds I see on the net are coming from AN growers. My biggest came from AN. Money kept me from continuing with AN, and my buds haven't come near my first 2 grows with AN. Big Mike is like arjan from greenhouse. He hires the best to get the best. I don't know why you gurus hate people like them. But they are the reason the world loves the hybrids. Marketers.

  • Very cool video. :)

  • got to respect that he is completely honest with his customers.

  • cool what you're doing here.

  • You don't see a lot of company owners admitting something like this.

I guess they're just not as big a man as Big Mike, right?

  • never used a roots accelerator before....might have to check this out.

  • I will definitely check this out. Thanks Big Mike!

  • he is right though, house and gardens roots excelurator is by far the best product out there. No doubt, i own a store and use Advanced products, but nothing beats The Roots excelurator, especially in an ez-cloner, not to mention its 1 mill per gallon, next to nothing for usage and you will see roots in an ez-cloner in as little as 24 hrs!

  • @cote8377 Come on get real with that 24-hr root shit. I would never go to your store with you giving that type of info. Soft-stem or Hard-stem, neither are rooting in 24 hours. What kind of store are you runnin'

  • whats the difference between a hormoan based product and microbio base product

  • @420faka natural hormones help root and plant growth, while a microbe based product like Voodoo Juice colonize your plant's roots with rhizobacteria, which eventually does result in better plant growth, and bigger yields, as well.
