x10 mini pro if youd like a full qwerty keyboard x10 mini if you dont mind not having a qwerty keybord. but other than that there are no BIG changes between the x10 and the x10 mini pro.

I been wondering about a new cellphone, but....

I allmost got the Xperia Play wich is a sucker in battery.

With everything that wasnt needed turned off and set down to the most vital, on 9 hours the phone used 35% power of the battery in standby. (no phonecalls or used at all)...

This is something I did not like with it and did not go and buy it.

Im wondering how good the battery life on the Xperia x10 mini pro is over 9 hours in standby.

If anyone could check it up for me and tell me... thanks.

I Have 2 Say The Battery Life Is OK, Its Not too Bad. And when you download apps from the android market they are stored on the memory of the phone itself, the apps are shown on home screen on different pages. and when you say CD card i think you mean memory card And NO you cant store apps onto the memory card. I Hope This Helped, I Hav 2 Say I just bought a new phone as my x10 mini pro kept on being faulty, i got a new blackberry 9700,i do recommend the blackberry more. HopeThisHelped

Hey man, i have a nokia 5530 at the moment and i love it cuz ive modded its s60 SO to have many things and love its screen to use apps and surf the net, etc.

@mela1562 I own this phone and i was new to all this Android experience.. all i can tell to you is that its awesome.. i could download all type of things.. from a music free downloader to an aplication for using the light of the camera as a flashlight.. you just have to be connected to your house internet :) as for the screen, yes it is a lil bit small but its ok for me, the only thing that i dislike about this phone is that for example: i charged it ALL the night and the battery dies too quick

I wouldn't recommend people buy this, cos there's been leaked pictures of a new SE phone, which is just like the X10 mini pro (keyboard and all), but with a 3 inch screen and hardly any bigger than the X10 MP. Also leaked pictures show that it has a 1Ghz processor (compared to the X10 MP's 600Mhz one) and has amazing performance comparable to leading phones

If you're thinking of buying this, wait a few months for the new version to be released, which may even be running android 2.2 as well.

@TheHyperMango Yeah I realised after I posted that, but damn it looks amazing. The benchmark test put it ahead of the Google Nexus, iPhone4 and Samsung Galaxy S...and it's a tiny little thing!

Although it's due to be announced in Feb, but probably released late this year (like the mini/mini pro)...so no use holding out for it I guess. I'll probably go ahead and buy the mini pro, and I'll swap it for the new one when it comes out.

The music quality is good, i won't say the best because it's not, but it's not bad at all...the only thing i can fault is...how to actually play the music, and where the music stores on the phone, i tried to locate the music files, but it just shows "no media files"...but hey, i suppose if and when you get used to the phone, it will be easier to navigate easily to your music!...i guess >.<

I still havn't changed my ringtone or message tone, cus i cant find the music folder!!!

@impossibleznothing The andriod is an all rounder Meaning its good for music (excellent quality since its sony erricson) Good for facebook and texting. The apps are pretty good too. Its like and iphone but smaller and with a qwerty keyboard. Well you dont have to get the 2.1. If you get the 1.6 you can still download the 2.1 update for free(i dont know when the update is available) so you dont have to wait for the 2.1 mini pro. My battery lasts 2 days so im pretty happy with it.Just charge daily

@impossibleznothing Yes get it. Its very good for the tiny thing it is :) Favourite phone so far. But one thing the mmini pro is not able to send music using bluetooth. you will have to download an app for it to work. But The phone is working at its best so far (well for me it is)  :D
