  • To anyone who posts negative comments about a man who is saving lives? Hmm. tell us what YOU have contributed to the well being of your neighbors of the world.. Naw, just hear Crickets!!

  • The miso should not be boiled. Like the fat, you should add it after turning off the heat source.

  • LOL that girl looks like the female version of Dan!

Thanks Dan for the regeneration VIDEOS!

  • Wow, Awesome! Amazing family guys and girls!! Super inspiration, thank you so much ;)

P.S. Please never stop communicating with us here - We all share information and then form the most amazing, correct and enlightened decisions.

  • Yummy im

Going to go make some now!

  • Sounds great, Dan...but why dried parsley and not fresh? I just discovered a leafy vieggie purslane that is sipoosed to be one of the most nutritious of all, it has a lot of Omega 3, phytonutrients and vitamins.minerals. Have tyou used it? I just put it on a salad of arugula, fennel, sliced raw beet, onion, tomato, microgreens, raspberries and garbanzo beans. It was delicious with home made dressing.

  • Awesome! Gonna try it.

  • your daughter look just like you. im starting to feed my girls more healthy now.. your videos are helping me learn how.. thanks

  • You're a great dad!

  • Aren't oils in a jar heated already?

  • Wow....so much hate on these comments. I guess people just have to voice how uncomfortable they are with their lives. It's ridiculous though, no need to spread negativity when Dan is trying to do something positive. Oh and to the people who have posted horrible things about Dan's oldest daughter and webcams....STOP IT!!! She is underage and to even mention something like that is just sick.

  • How old are you Dan? When did you start eating raw and when did you managed it a 100%

I know it never is too late, but I am thinking that when I have kids I don't want to luck of energy, I want to be fit. And maybe your path inspires me...

  • why is there always so much fighting on dan's video comments? it's retarded. you're going against everything Dan is trying to teach with these videos with peace. Maybe you need to watch more of his videos and learn from him..apparently i cant spread my good experience without getting judged. what a world we live in.. lol

  • Lol your kids are funny :) they look like you :) and thats not a bad thing... thanks im going to watch as much videos as i can :)

  • your daughters are just like you.

  • @iiablaze dans a slut? lol its hard to believe taya is a webcam whore and i wouldnt believe it if i didnt see the pics and video XD na dans fine but taya is a bitch and my friend is dead because of her >.<

  • @btmcgee123 excuse me? don't be disrespectful...dans daughters are amazing...just like dan, so stfu. I don't believe anything that comes out of your mouth.

  • Lovely girls! Where's Mom at?

  • Adorable - And I think they have your personality Dan.

  • I noticed your daughter was chewing gum (at least I think she was) - can you PLEASE tell me what kind & where to get it as I just discovered that all the popular/name brand gum that you can buy most easily has aspartame in it (even if it's NOT sugar free?!) and I'm assuming you wouldn't let her chew gum with aspartame in it.

  • @agirlneedsagun ur a retard

  • @btmcgee123 why? because i don't want to chew gum with aspartame in it? ok

  • Your daughters are Lovely :-)

  • Ital soup is good fi di youth!!

  • Thanks for introducing transitional recipes in to the raw food movement.

It is just perfect for lots people.

  • I've made this during my transition a while ago. Yummy!

  • Thanks to the above poster! I quit smoking 1 year ago, but I have COPD. I am on oxygen 24 hours a day. I now feel hope that my lungs will regenerate as well.

  • Dan, thank you so much for putting up these (easy) transitional recipes. For the last week I have been making new powerful food choices and for some reason it is scaring the crap out of me and I feel like I'm feeling out my way in the dark. These vids are a true encouragement and help. Peace:-)

  • it's so cool being able to see your girls grow up through your videos!!

  • I LOVE SOUP and add Chia seeds for extra body+fiber. ☺

  • that actually looks very good I might have to try it.However isnt that barley miso paste like processed or something?

    Also why not use seaweed?

  • Beautiful family :D

  • Dan has good skin.

    How old is Dan?

  • Thanks, Dan. I'm going to try and make it for my kids.

  • awesome. ive heard distilled is to be avoided bc its stripped of healthful minerals so too much can make bones brittle. made for batteries and radiators and such,

  • Just to let YOU know Dan. Most of the chewing gums contain Aspartame.- which is a deadly poison to humans. Just let Your daughters know.

    Much love to YOU ALL.

  • @TheWayshower1982 Very true about the chewing gum.

  • why you wearing leather dan!?

  • @sprish00 its probly fake leather

  • @sprish00 He isn't vegan. He's into raw foods for health reasons, but i've seen him use boiled eggs for transitional meals.

  • thanks dan so much, your a blessing, your headed on the right path for sure, im sure you already know ;)

  • i mean is their diet raw as well?

  • are your kids raw?

  • I really love your recipes Dan!! Thank you so much. I wonder if you possibly could add the quantities and portions that it gives. I am living alone and I wouldnt want to make too much of something and waste it. THANKS AGAIN. I LOVE YOU !

  • I bet your kids are never sick. When my nephew was living with my sister all she would feed him was frozen pizza and happy meals. He was sick ALL the time. He was in the hospital for days twice in one year. Now he lives with my parents and I, where we don't eat raw but just healthy, and he hasn't been sick in almost a year.

  • i'm lovin it.

  • I dig it.

  • get that sea weed in there!!!

  • your kids look just like you!

And also... i consider myself a pretty healthy eater. ive been a vegetarian since i was 13 (21 now)...i eat a ton of fruit and veggies... but i have always cooked with olive oil. i didnt know it was bad to heat up oil!

  • @LoliBaiTeen huh?

  • i'm wondering about food combinations, things that what we should not mix at the same time? i heard that mellon should be eaten alone, as it can only be digested well by itself : / cellery and orange not too good : / : ? any thoughts on this dan ? peace : )

  • you have lovely kids !!! have a nice day Dan !

  • haha i love 8:00 the look on her face

  • be careful with corn and soy. Majority of it is Genetically Modified and soy also a phytoestrogen

  • @HFTL666 isnt soy bad for the thyroid?

  • @sixthsense11100 I am not sure, I dont touch the stuff, dont trust it.

  • i must say, going raw was the best thing i ever did and its all thanks to you Dan. After being a smoker for 7 years, raw foods is helping me cleanse out all of the nicotine and all of the chemicals. Thanks to raw food, unlike most people that quit smoking, my lungs have actually healed back to complete health with no long term side effects just like as if I was never a smoker to begin with :) Most people experience excessive coughing and never actually get pink lungs again but I did!!

  • @tamithomas how do you know that your lungs are pink again and how do you know how all the chemicals are gone? I want you as a doctor. Can I have your contact information?

  • @jrda128 lol im not a doctor nor did i go see one. i just know my own body, i listen to it. if i had black lungs i dont think id be able to run 4km without stopping. plus, i can feel the difference in energy and oxygen level when i eat raw and eat a cheeseburger. the cheeseburger weighs me down, with raw i feel like i ate a bowl or plate of energy and it helping flush out all of the toxins in the lungs and blood stream. again i am not a doctor, you just gotta learn to listen to your own body.

  • @tamithomas Ha ha ha classic! I'm glad you're feeling good but how can you possibly know that your lungs are pink and fully healthy again? Don't give me that running rubbish either coz i know a lot of people in the military who smoke and can run all day let alone 4km. Honestly no offence but it seems like you're just trying to convince yourself.

  • @pennthebaker no offence taken watsoever because i don't need to prove myself to someone over the internet lol. cheers.

  • @tamithomas Nope but you should really see a doctor and prove something to yourself as your self diagnosis holds little reality. On top of that you should probably come off your pedastool and stop thinking you're better than others.

  • dang youre such a neagative person, never said i was better then anyone else. i was just sharing my personal story. you got some issues to work out, because i don't know where this source of negativity of yours is coming from. cheers.

  • @tamithomas Probably because you said - unlike most people blah blah blah - implying your superiority over others in the same situation. maybe you're the one with the issues.

  • what do you feed Kitty? organic cat food perhaps? (more footage of Kitty too pls)

  • I request Japanese foooods Dan :p~

  • ohmy kids are gonna grow into beautiful healthy ladies.. love to their dad Dan

  • great video

  • Coconut oil is actually stable at high temperatures (the same goes for butter and lard, but we're not going to use those anyway). So IF you are going to cook in oil, then coconut oil is the best option. But it's better to just add it in after cooking instead.

  • @quasim0do you're absolutely right about coconut oil, and i must say that it is really helping me feel alot healthier.

  • 11:05 keep comign back cuz we got a shit loaddd more recipes coming ahah you so wanted to say that lol

  • I love it that your daughters have such great sense of humor just like Dad!!!

  • You people are so nice to watch.

That recipe looks superb, and I am going to make it some time. As a variant, some tofu might go nicely with it - legit? And some bean shoots added right at the end - legit?

  • sparkle towels at beginning made me smile!!!! =D

  • liferegenerator forever.

  • yummy soup!

  • shes pink!

  • Cute, cute kids!!! They are lucky to have you DTM.

  • Is the little lady dipping an ice cube in her soup? LOL. That's a trip. How cool is that, she's eating healthy and having fun. They look thin, pitite. Not skinny or unhealthy. They look soooooooooooo happy hangin with Dad. Next time can u show Kiity their cat : - }

  • Great vid Dan... however I am a litte surprise that you are using dry parsley instead of fresh one that you chop.. but I assume that you forgot to get some fresh or the store was running out of it.... anysay, just a little remark as I was surprised. All those vegies sounds very yummy. I now so want a vegie soup like this one.

anyway, your girls are so cute and they are learning a lot for sure and enjoy it, it shows. Much love, peace, fun and happiness to all of you guys. (( hugs ))

  • @RosalindandPearls HEAVEN FORBID HE USES DRY PARSLEY.

  • Cute kitty!

  • "bad ass" in a GOOD way

  • thats a bad ass transitional meal

  • yal done rocked that soup.

  • Adorable girls. They're like little Dan juniors, female editions. ;)

  • This is awesome , great! Big help for me, thanks Dan, thanks girls! :)

  • Does anybody know if juice fasting during the first few days makes your stomach growl and if you still have headaches, stomach cramps and everything else?

I am excited about this but don't have a juicer.

  • My kids LOVE being in the kitchen....and watching you & your girls!

  • You're a very good teacher Dan. Lots of patience. And it's very cute seeing you all work together. Bravo! Oscar! Oscar!

  • Beautiful girls!!

  • LOVE ya DTM! LOVE your GIRLS. They are adorable. Thanks for these videos while your having your daddy/daughters time. Enjoy your time with them. PEACE!!

  • do you idiots not understand the word "transitional"?

  • Keeping it real, Dan! Thank you!

  • awesome you can get them to do this and have fun doing it.

  • How can I store the miso if I buy it in bulk.

  • Great job dad!

  • before any one rags on him for cooking food first you should understand what happens and why and how he' is avoiding it.. so.. stop judging, your way...in Not the only way. ;-) much love!

  • OMG Dan I was just talking about Miso soup the other day with my friends, I had it for the first time about a week ago and loved it !!...and can't wait to make it myself and this vid is definitely a great help!!! ...I'm not a raw foodist (just a vegetarian)...I don't know anything about raw food restrictions, but I love watching your videos and definitely learning a lot from you Thank you so much!!!

Peace and Love from Seattle <3 (",)

  • hope he is not wearing real leather on his head since he's a vegan

  • @shiZGFX From what I know, he's a vegan out of health, not out of "compassion" for animals.

  • @imRyRy From Dan's earlier videos, and the message he sends; he is very much vegetarian for reasons of peace, and compassion just as much as health.

  • @imRyRy he's actualy not a

Vegan?... i wouldn't say he fits in to a box that easily. a vegan has certain rules... and they are not the typical liferegererator diet in any way. not eating certain things isn't enough to be healthy... eating the right things is as important. such as fresh raw living foods. many vegans just focus on what to avoid... this isn't healthy eating.

  • @imRyRy He clearly says that he doesn't want to kill/eat animals all the time, i don't know. Whatever. lol

  • @shiZGFX When was that?

  • Dan your one cool dude,we more people like you, peace bra,

  • COOKING?! DAN, WTH?

  • I just realized how your daughters look so much like you. They have the same face and eyes. lol Its pretty cool.

  • She just put about four...but that's fine! Aha, that's my kind of cooking. I hate measuring. Thanks for the recipe! And I have a question, is one teaspoon of fat a day bad? Like one teaspoon of oil? Because I'm on a weight loss plan and I'm "allowed" one serving of a fat each day. And I usually eat the fat in the form of either nuts or a teaspoon of olive oil over vegetables. Thank you and I really enjoyed your video. I'm going to subscribe!

  • great!!!

  • you want to boil the original veggies for a while first instead of steaming them... then add the rest when time. this is the key to making a healthy broth instead of water and veggies and the wet heat of boiling will maintain the enzymes better than steaming and throwing out the water containing nutrients that could be your broth. don't forget some lemon juice. and cumin. much love brotha man.

  • I Love watching you...and this is fabulous your teaching your children to eat right!! I'm glad u are having a blast with the kiddos

  • what up what up

  • 1st!??? LOVE the hat! xoxoxox
