All in all, don't forget that you really do have a great start in learning these three turns. They're NOT easy. Major kudos to you for learning to skate as an adult, and doing well with it. I wish you lots of years of happiness and success in future skating endeavors. :)
Start out with having the one arm in front, one in back, open to the circle (you may be leaning in on your edges some, which is good). Then, as you turn, keep looking towards your arm that's behind you, to allow for your body to twist, bringing the front arm across, making a J shape. Then when you whip around, keep looking towards the arm that was in the back (which will now be in front), and whip the bent arm behind you. I know it's a lot of details to think through, but try it!
I'm just learning these as well, but think I may be getting the hang of them. Really allow yourself to bend at the knees, and have your eyes look towards the center of the circle, and allow the arms to be open to the circle as well. When doing the turn, have your skating leg do the down-up-down motion....down to initiate the turn, up during the rotation/flip around, down to solidify the turn and have momentum. Your arms can do a similar thing.
try to bring ur leg up a little more and dont look at the ice too much becuz my coach tells me if u look atthe groud thats where ur headed and ur gonna fall
