If the taste of the tea is too gross then add lots a sugar or honey, then just chug it, for best effect. =) ALSO Passion Flower can be bought in extract form and you can make them into capsules. Any other suggestions on herbal relaxants ???

@lebohusla you can smoke it, but as far as brownies and stuff go, i dont think that would be good at all. its a harsh smoke.

I drink me a cup of this stuff every night before bed. Taste like shit, but makes for some nice dreams. My passion vine is blooming about twenty flowers a day. I use about two dried flowers per cup.

Lots of sugar, thats all i add. The sugar buzz wears off long b4 the tea really even kicks in so it still works to help you sleep that way =-)

Hey there, as I type I am sipping a nice cup of passion flower tea. It's almost bedtime so I thought it would be a good time as I am out of pot.

I don't drink it when I have no pot, I'm just stating the facts. Do you have any good recipes to make the tea taste a bit better? I just add a bit of sugar and lemon juice.
