  • HOW MANY TRACKS CAN YOU RECORD AT ONCE

    ON THIS NEKO?

  • LOVLy now.. what about the sounds, im looking at getting a keyboard like this. does the newone come with more built in sounds or somthing?

  • I plan on purchasing around March 2010. When will the Gen6 come out? I'm not sure how long the series stays in the marketplace. I love the Neko LX5 though, but if something better is coming I could wait on it!,I think!

  • God damn that thing is so sexy

  • This is actually an older model, the current models that we have that resemble this one are the NeKo EX5 = $3,399, and the NeKo XXL = $6,899. Check our website for more details.

  • are u able to still purchase the older modles form OpenLabs, like the TSE ? because i dotn see them on the site anymore, thanks

  • Love it want one

  • wats the price of that beauty?

  • around $5,000

  • nope like $3,000

  • can you use fl studio on it?

  • yes after you download it into the Neko, it uses any VTZ or audio plug in's that are installed onto it

  • You could just sequence it with your MPC

  • ohh yeah and you can even clone other keyboards .

meaning if you have a friend that has a keyboard you like you can take all the sounds and combi patches everything

  • Yea you can use Fl Studio on it.

  • gotta get me one of these ay!

  • that is unreal

  • Why can't the screen be tilted for better access?

    Firewire?...where's the cupholder for Firewater?

  • for real..lol..thata the only thing its missing. Cupholder/coffee warmer. Some velocity sensitive pads like the MPC would have been nice.

  • haha yaaah right.. that power supply could probably bring down a house...

  • i need one of these bad!!! 16 year old producer from memphis myspace dot com/charvezbeats

  • me too! is this what Timbaland uses????

  • I think he uses a MiKo.

  • i am thinking bout getting a neko se and i need to know could i get mics inputs and fantom power or would it be better to get a timbaland edition miko please let me know soon as possible

  • Also.. if i were to get a SE version , can i upgrade anytime?

Well actually ,can they machines be upgraded in the future? like adding more ram changing/adding hard drives or are we stuck with whatever we bought?

  • oh ya? Whats the Real Difference between the SE and LX versions? thanks

  • about $7300 US for base units

  • That is not quite correct. A base unit NeKo SE starts at $3,999. For more information on pricing, please visit our website.

  • 1.can I sample in 12 or 16 bit to emulate the sample freqency in the older mpc and sp 1200.

2.I have a analog 2 inch smpte will it be hard to sync the time code?

  • ok let me start of by saying great machine. the pro tools and windows thing is A1.but hip hop from dre to kanye to dj premire wants loves and lives by these machines the mpc 60 the sp1200 mpc 3000 asr 10 and tr 808. I'm sure that if there was such a virtual machine that cloned these greats it would become a standerd.

  • i believe if you have the neko you ca use the mimik software to record those sounds to the neko. or even better just download them from the internet to your neko.

  • HOw much is one of those, i needs to get me one.
