  • I have the same brush set as the first one, but can they be used for acrylic powder and monomer liquid??? Thanks :)

  • Awesome thanks for sharing

  • I just recently purchased a set of 15 nail brushes n 5 dotting tools from Hong Kong. The brushes were $2.74 n the dotting tools were $.99. I LOVE buying stuff from there. Always cheap n usually the shipping is free (takes a while but for that price its worth the wait). Now I RLY can't wait to get them so I can try that flower idea =D

  • @Fotclove ya i did the same thing and it is from Hong Kong too but i dont know waht all the brushs do like the fan brush can u help me because i am soo excited to start doing tutorials and stuff but i would like to know what the fan brush does.

  • The flower you drew was pretty

  • nice nails you have,is that natural nails or false nails?

  • How do you clean THE Brushes?

  • Thx so much!! :) very informative video...

  • thank u soooooooo much. this is very thoughtfull of u. helps a lot!!! God Bless

  • Very helpful - thank you!

  • Love the craft store

  • yy do u keep lookin at the other side?

  • Your silly! Your beautiful and thanks for the tips!!!!!!

  • Thanx for the tips! :)

  • how did you get ur nails so long ?

  • how do you clean the brushes?

  • I've been trying to find the dotters you use, but I just never notice them. Did you get them at craft shops also? When I google Paint Dotter I get a special brush.

  • How much did you get the set of brushes from michaels?

  • @Nurjatie At Michaels you don't need to get any over $5 per. As long as they're for painting with both acrylic and oil, they should be sturdy enough to handle acetone or nail polish remover. I'm an artist and I've done about anything with them. Just leave a small bit of mild soap in the brushes when done washing them to keep the bristles soft and in line.

  • @LakeofGlass Thank you so much :)

  • Thank you for another great and easy flower design. I haven't worked with acrylic paint for nails, do you have to wait for the paint to completely dry between applications?

    Thanks

  • Is that paint for nails or is it just just normal paint

  • can you make a tutorial of brush care? I recently bought some and I would like to keep them in good condition, do you have any tips? thanks

  • @alvakaren1 I've done lots of painting in general, so I can give you some tips right now. Brushes that work with both acrylic and oil paints are sturdy enough to handle paint thinner, so they should be fine with any remover that uses acetone. As long as it's nail polish remover, it will get the paint out. Just be sure to "stroke" the bristles in the direction they need to follow, and when rinsed, leave a tiny bit of mild soap in the brushes. This keeps them soft and help them stay in shape.

  • do you use make up brushes because you said that it wasn't for nail art

    sorry for my english

    x from holland

  • @shunshine96 You can use artistic paint brushes, the kind that are useable for both acrylic and oil painting. You don't need to buy expensive ones. Just as long as they're sturdy. When using nail polish, clean them with nail polish remover, and leave a tiny bit of mild soap in the bristles after you rinse them thoroughly.

  • i love how you say ''americana'' <3

  • @PiiNKMoNKi she said it in spanish lol

  • @caramelcoated19 ye ikow, im not stupid. rofl.

  • This was very informal. Reminded me of my old nail tech. Water paints were used because they could be corrected with water and without reapplying the base coat. Thanx again!

  • THANK YOU SO MUCHHHHH, You are so awesome is was so great and help many thing..... Thxs Q again....LoVe iT....

  • Where did u get ur nail art brushes(the white ones) i really want them but i could never find them i have a local micheals but i havent asked if they have nail art brushes but the just the regular brushes i have simallar to those but i want to know where u get the whit brushes?if u respond it would make my day:):)

  • @jackiemariscal94 Go on Ebay. I found a ton of nail art from 1-5 dollars. Their is a set like the one here for 1.99 free shipping. The only down side to purchansing inexpensive nail art is the wait time. International purchases are great and cheap, if you are patient, you can save a lot of money. I bought my dotting set of 5 for 1.00 free shipping. :)

  • @Tatteeana thnx so much ive been loooking for those every where and i cant seem to find them i will be sure to check on ebay:):)

  • @jackiemariscal94 You very welcome :)

  • @jackiemariscal94 Go to any store that sells artistic brushes. You can find them for oil & acrylic. I suggest getting the kind that say they can be used for both. WalMart actually has a good set that isn't costly, but are very sturdy. Since all my stuff got packed away when I moved recently, I had to go buy some. I was impressed with the quality.

  • @LakeofGlass thnx so much i actully went to my local craft store and umm i got 2 brushes so yeah but thxn for the adivice anyway:)::):):")

  • HELLO :) i ADORE your videos and ur so pretty and u seem so nice and yah i was wondering if you could use just regular paint brushes like u know dollarama brushes? im sorry im being but lol so PLEASE reply :)

Oh your puple-white flower design was SO cute and easy THANKYOU SO MUCH im gonna try it if i could use the other brushes lol

And thankyou so much for mentioning Michaels cuz i've been wondering where to buy nail art supplies for a while :)

  • i bought all my dotting tools from ebay and my brushes from michaels. i've never checked out their rhinestones, but will next time i am close by. oh, all my glitters have come from michaels. martha stewart has many fine glitters. i've also found microbeads there as well.

  • @mariacns00 I bought some pretty good quality paint brushes (artistic) from WalMart. I was impressed. :P

  • can you do a video on your nail art collection and where you store them?

  • @naimafelisha If you buy a smaller sized arts/crafts bag, I'd say that would do. I'm into nearly every kind of art related subject, and those always work for me. They have nice compartments and are still compact. You can also buy organizers in the crafts section at WalMart or any similar shop.

  • How do you clean your nail art brushes if you use nail polish on them?

  • @TwilightFright just clean them with acetone but a good tip to nourish and prolong them is to coat them lightly in something like olive oil or even petroleum jelly :)

  • Can you please start making videos on how to make designs with the brushes I have the brush set but I can't draw it will be good to see these kind of vids from you, I love how detailed you are. Have a beautiful Sunday.

  • I Love Michaels!! Just last week I went to get some nail brushes, swarvoski rhinestones and other rhinestones as well as glitters. Without a doubt I did experience that nail creativity flowing

  • My dotting tool is a Stampin' Up vellum paper embossing stylus that I bought a long time ago when I was into paper crafting. It's the exact same thing--a small ball and a large ball at opposite ends. I think it's cheaper too than buying it from a nail store.

I also went to a nail salon and the girls just used a dull #2 pencil and a mechanical pencil as her dotting tools. I thought to myself--no need to buy tools, everyone already has those!

  • oooo I can't wait to see the tutorial of your nails in this video! : )

  • Thank You so much for all your kind comments.

  • Why do you keep looking to your right lol:)

  • @cupcakegretchengirl your right, her left

  • @cupcakegretchengirl It's a common occurance, mostly with women - looking to the left means you are trying to remember something, looking to the right means you are trying to make something up ~ or so body language guros say!

  • @minxski Oh I didint know that thankyou for that piece of information :)
