This video is terribly mistitled. If anything, the kicker wasted the returner. The returner might have wasted the Jags as a TEAM with a good return, but not the kicker. A good kick returner should be able to fight off an average kicker trying to make a tackle.

Yes, well I didn't get the camera going until the end of the play. Cribbs is the All-time leader in kick return TDs-- his greatness is widely understood. The kicker does have the advantage lining up a hit on the returner. He can wait until every other player misses, and the returner has run the whole length of the field fighting off everyone. Although the kicker forced Cribbs out of bounds he did so at the cost of much more contact than any kicker ever seeks.

Cribbs caught the kick from Scobee and lit up his team's kick coverage shooting past midfield where the Browns are massed on their sideline after the kickoff and at the end barreled into Scobee defelcting him over the sideline to set up the Browns' offense in Jaguar territory. Cribbs and the Browns were wholly teh winners of this exchange.

I'm going to be honest. Thank god for Harrison, Jennings, and Cribbs.

Anderson has no accuracy what so ever.

And Quinn is inconsistent. But He can improve.

It'll be something to watch next season. The browns are a power style football team, giving their three RBs (Harrison, Jennings, and Davis) are great and Cribbs there to shake up the D. Don't forget about the Browns' ever improving D.

Don't expect much QB play next year, unless they get a more accurate QB. Or Quinn gets more accurate.
