hey man great video. but the big factor of weight loss is people are lazy man. has nothing to do with eating right. it also has to do with whether they have a high metabolism or not. if you wanna loose the weight, you got to set your marker and motivate yourself, no MOTIVATION = fail
Do you recommend doing weight lifting during the diet? since if people are losing 30 - 60 lbs a month in a short period of time like that wouldn't that create sagging bag of skin? are you allow to have coffee or tea also?
