  • i too enjoyed this immensely. but some of the poses were difficult, and two were impossible. i dont know if im a beginner because i havent done that much yoga, or an intermediate because i have done similar things with my body in other mediums. either way, the beginner videos are too boring for me to feel motivated... is it healthy to stick with sessions like these until i can flow through all the poses? thanks for any answers

  • I feel the description is a little misleading. It would be nice to say "intermediate to advanced" level. Thanks

  • @3derevo3 Thank you, I've changed the title.

  • yeeeeeessssss!!! this is so good!!!! thank you....namaste!

  • Michael, you're my favourite yogayak instructor. Do you have any more videos apart from this one and the shoulders one? Thank you!

  • Great video, I did it all, it feels good, tnx for sharing, спасиьо намастэ!!!

  • what is this good for???

  • of course, he is a master, but still i do try.. thank you for sharingll

  • thanks a lot! :)

  • more an intermediate level yoga practice, but good one

  • Namaste. ^-^

  • I have been at the intermediate level for quite some time but feel ready to step it up eventually. This video is very useful for gradual advanced practice .

  • ugh nice and thorough, felt some new sensations, just a really good class :) thank you

  • I feel like a pervert but...this guy is dreamy...makes me want to do more yoga...

  • May want to mention this one is for advanced. It is plain irresponsible to post some of these poses and have beginners try them at home with so little safety explaination.

I say that as a beginner who may not walk for a day to two.

  • @kodischild He does give simpler options before giving the full posture and he mentions that each of the poses that he's doing is a final destination, but that you, the student, should only go as far as you feel comfortable. He also says to not try to do some postures if you aren't comfortable unless with a qualified instructor.

You should be able to tell what you can and can't do. This video is just a guide. If this intermediate series is too hard, then find a different video.

  • i really enjoyed this and will be trying some of your other videos. my only complaint is that i soon realized that you were starting the movements before explaining what to do so i felt like i was behind. but its ok i just skimmed through the video really quickly and after that it went fine.

  • Excellent video: balanced, well guided (and great voice!), complete, challenging but offering diferent options.

    Great practice - many thanks!

  • From what I've seen so far this is one of your most challenging videos, I appreciate it alot this is just what I was looking for.

  • so at peace :) please post more videos...i cannot tell you what a profoundly positive effect you will have on the rest of my day, and i think it's fair to say, the rest of the days of those who've practice yoga with you in this session! Namaste :)

  • Only a few minutes into the video...your body seems really tense, makes me feel tense when i watched..? Im a sivananda teacher too. Om Namah Sivaya! Where did youdo your TTC?

  • Holy crap. First half was great. The second half I felt like a had to be a cast member of Cirque Du Soleil. I'll leave this one for the advanced yogis.

  • very nice twists. thanks
