@cz231 the mocap .bip files came from a tutorial which was part of the max installation on the computers at my school. you can find mocap files online though

If your a student you can get a student license if you have a valid student ID. Though under the Student license you have a non-commercial license therefor you cannot sell any of your work. Luckily for us that the commercial license is a one off payment. Most commercial licenses for things people ask for royalties.
@CmdrFoxDavion - as far as i know, no-one has ever been sued for using copywritten music in their demo reel. In a medium such as this, most demo reels show off work that was done in pirated software anyways. Autodesk don`t really care unless you`re doing commercial work without a license.
well when I was talking to someone who worked in the industry (video game development) she told me that demo reals containing any copyright infringing material, irrelevant if you think autodesk cares or not tend to go right into the bin. Mainly because if they hired you and you still used that technology illegally it would be THEM who autodesk would try and sue, not you. So it reflects back onto them.
who do they work for? i work in videogames as well and aside from 0.1% of them, all the demo reels i`ve seen include music which i`m fairly certain hasn`t been cleared. It`s not really in anyones interests to sue those people.
as for the software - to clarify i meant student reels, not many people get the student version of expensive software, they just torrent it.
it IS important to make it clear what work is yours and to properly credit stuff that isn`t.
Also, independant music labels often let you use their music on your reel if you just mail and ask, i got full clearance from HevyDevy records in a matter of hours :)

Its Bliss by Muse. Wow I thought I was the only one who listened to Muse, but apparantly not. Its also good to know that I'm not the only one who just plays around with 3D max all day!
Everyone has problems with Max and they still get their stuff done on time. If you are well trained in the program you can fix those problems... I can do better then that and I am not out of college yet. This stuff looks like the examples we do in 10 minutes during class. Stop making excuses and practice.

Everyone has problems with Max and they still get their stuff done on time. If you are well trained in the program you can fix those problems... I can do better then that and I am not out of college yet. This stuff looks like the examples we do in 10 minutes during class. Stop making excuses and practice.

I have using keygen to become 3ds Max 2010 I must have 3ds Max I working in Toads Tool 64
I have try to import a .OBJ file in Super Mario 64 and it worked we make a Super Mario 64 level importer.
