  • Get rid of the belt man - Build up your core!!! Nice form though!

  • @260329696louis

A belt actually helps with core contraction. If anything, you'd be better off with a belt than without for the sake of strength. It places resistance on the abs making them work harder to push out.

  • good power exercise buddy.i like to do some 2x2 front for warm up.it helps for the clean

  • haha thats like 285 pounds...

  • Comment removed

  • @NYG2133 it is 484lbs

  • @ilikecakemorethanu Really? It says 200kg in the description

  • @NPFfumbi you're right, recounted don't know where I got 220kg from. . .

  • @ilikecakemorethanu it is 440 lbs.

  • @NYG2133 Nice try, bud.

  • @NYG2133 try doubling that and adding 85lbs dumbass! it was in kg.

  • Awsome! For all you people that don't know BIG MUSCLES does not mean BIG POWER!! He is a power lifter not a bodybuilder. Thats why he does low reps like 2.

  • @AndrewL31413 Hes not a power lifter.

  • how can he lift that weight without muscles?interesting, he looks like bookworm, where is the adaptation for the training, why doesn't grow his muscles? but, respect the power

  • You guys are absolute idiots! Do you know anything on Strength Training? He is a power first athlete, and olympic lifter. Count tempo, stupid bodybuilders...Expolsiveness... go do your 45 minute cardio session at 120bbpm you 'roid freaks... LOL

  • At the bottom, his hips kick out to the left. He has some major imbalances.

  • It's impossible to tell this from the angle of the video, he could very well just be pushing backwards.

  • @jjason1985 Not really, it is barely is noticeable. He just needed to push out his knees and he did it on rep two. Your form won't be perfect when you're going closer to a limit lift.

  • how bad is his form

  • what is this dude's sport?

  • @harrysandhu78 olympic lifting

  • depends on what the aim of the exercise, tempo is a very important factor when designing a periodised programme, i'm sure Poliquin has thought of this tho :S maybe ever so slightly.

  • How come they are not counting tempo like a bunch of anal-retentive freaks?!

  • Cuz he's an olympic lifter and is in a phase of power development!

  • What you call "anal retentive" actually has a very basic and understandable reason.

My guess is it has to did with TUT, MUL and CNS.

  • because counting rep speed is something people write about in articles but in real life its often too much of an hassle.

and rep tempo doesnt meen jack shit for a weightlifter. (more than that you wanna do the lift as explosively as you can)

  • nice 200 kg ? good stuff keep them deep :P
