Their are unforgivable sins, and begging won't get you anywhere. Any one with a half ounce of sense can see that God doesn't require worship .

I wouldn't trust the Abdullah Yusuf Ali translation. He mistranslates embarrassing parts of the Qur'an. For instance, verse 22:65 which says that the sky is a solid object that can 'fall on the earth.'
In any case, that 'sugar coating' the message of Islam is exactly what some Muslims do to convert people. Not to mention fabricating so-called 'miracles' outright.

I found a solution to the dilemma a long time ago and it seems to work. I started my own religion. It has only one adherent and he religiously practices what he preaches. I make sure of that. This religion doesn't seek other followers and it doesn't want to spread any word. It has core belief in the existence of something more that can be seen felt or heard. This religion doesn't deny the existence of God. As the founder of this religion , I accept full responsibility for it's follower.

Because biblical scholars try to reintrepret the bible to make it appear relevant to modern life. search google/youtube for "hector avalos"
The same is true of the Quran. The quran is being constantly reinterpreted by muslim scholars to accommodate modern science.

OK i am Catholic and i go to a Catholic school and i DO BELIVE IN GOD because he is real answer to your Qs ok 1. there are different versions of the bible but they all say the same things and 2. Jesus never said "i am god worship me" is because he did not need to he perfomed miriciles and God said when Jesus was getting baptised this is my son so HAHA and i am not one of thoses over obsesed Jesus freaks i just know that go dis real and that he loves ALL of you hoped that helped

Secondly: Since you do read Al Quran, please read from the first Chapter - Al Fatihah and move to the next ones. Just put this in your mind that God is communicating to you directly. Try it - you will never know what you will find inside there.

To alphamain: no offense but the word Allah is not an appropriate translation of the word god. The actual word for god is Ila (pronounced ee-laa). Honestly the word Allah is actually u could say more or less a term. u see from a gramatical point of view the word Allah can't be made plural, it can't be classified into any gender.(In arabic everything is either male or female for e.g body parts that r in pairs r considered female) furthermore u can't add syllables like son or father to it.

Some atheists might keep to themselves etc whilst others might fight against the religion.

if you read the preface of the RSV and the NRSV you will see that the ascenion of jesus is taken out then put back into the bible due to some churches complaining about its removal so the authors put it back against thier own will
