She said to him that if they are going to act in a movie then she have to see him act a little bit in front of her before shooting a movie. Back then he was 20 years old and thought it was disrespectful of faten hamama to say such thing. so he wanted to be rude back to her and started to play an act where he spoke english because he thought "she will never understand what I´m saying".
