This could affect whether the states or federal government control things like police powers, minimum wage, unions, labor standards, growing your own food, gun control laws, etcThe States are posturing for the next New Deal ala FDR. During the great depression the tenth amendment was put on hold.

I live in Pennsylvania. Local control is best! The sum of the parts are bigger then the whole. Thank you for this. We must return to the constitution. Unfunded mandates, endless regs, congressman, while you are at it- start pulling the charters on run amuck corporations. Unless we reverse corporate personhood- the matter isnt solved.
