@EeJLP I liked world tour better, it had more ways to play, not just title quests, and individual matches, although I did like the roster on this one. for me at least, game play wins out over everything else every time though

@RealDeal336 WWF didn't copy anything. Future Media Yukes, the developers of the WWF and WCW games on N64, kept the engine because it was solid. They just built on it, till WWF No Mercy the best wrestling game of all time came out.

@b34ntown4life i thought Wrestlemania 2000 was slightly better, I found the slowdown in No Mercy hurt the game. Thats only my opinion though, WCW/nWo World Tour to No Mercy were all amazing games. Best wrestling games, ever.

you people are confused......or too young to know better. The ORIGINAL ECW, as in the 90s era ECW, was pure perfection. Unapologetic violence dished out by BAD ASSES. Tables on fire, barbed wire for ropes, every match was a hardcore rules match. No count outs, no DQ. Jump off a balcony if you want, do anything. Sabu, the Sandman, New Jack, Justin Credible, RVD, Jerry Lynn, The Dudley Boys, Super Crazy, Balls Mahoney, damn, I can't even list them all. And the fans! EC DUB, EC DUB!

AKI/Asmik engine = greatest wrestling games ever. I would be thrilled if THQ were to put Revenge and No Mercy on the Wii Virtual Console with online multiplayer. Even moreso if AKI/Asmik decided to release a new wrestling game with that engine.

He did in WCW, but not WWE; I think the only control he had over his time there was that he'd get at least one run with the World Heavyweight title. He'd probably want creative control, but I can't see any company taking someone on under those conditions considering what a mess WCW became due to the selfish nature of guys like Hogan. I think if TNA offered him enough money, he'd sign, but he still seems to think he's worth as much these days as he was during his push, which is not the case
