Yeah but from where does said financing originate? I'f it originates from taxation or by government forcing the wealthy to donate through some kind of reward system - then that money was to be used as capital investment by someone who earned it before the government stole it to be given out selectivley by an IGO to someone who hasn't earned it; the primary result of this is a malicious investment, where land, labour and capital are squanderd, perpetuating what it was meant to destroy.
