Cleaning Gaming Rig Using a Compressor

Now all the gamers go run off buying air-compressors! lol :D Got one aswell at home, its so handy :) Noticed my comp was running kinda hot at idle, (30°C.. not too hot though) but i blew that dust away and it dropped to its regular 28°C :)

@VideoMakersUs because they don't want dust flying around inside their house. if you clean it inside, the dust will go right back in. the water in the air is not going to kill a PC while it's shut off.

Actually, that's not true at all. Gasses alone cannot be charged. Only in the presence of powder or liquids (aka vapor) in the gas or from the source. Since products like dust-off need a liquid agent to retain the gas pressurized within the can, they actually pose a risk of static damage, while compressed air poses no threat.

this is not a good idea unless you have a filter to remove the water from the air lines and tank.

i use the compressor to clean my r/c car and it gets pretty wet.
