  • I finally got off the elliptical as i was doing it for 3 months straight and could not lose weight for some reason. well i walked on the treadmill on 15 incline and 3.0 walking for 1 hour and lost 2 pounds the next day. i had no clue it was time to change it up!!! thanks for your help:)

  • ninabonita777....so glad you figured it out. Ahmad told me in the beginning....to keep my body guessing...so I do his workouts and whatever else i do....i change it up....so i'm not constantly doing the same thing.

  • Shane's gonna love this. Remember his little video I made of him doing your workout? LOL I loveeeeeeee this little workout. I did running....marching.....jumpin­g jacks...and jump rope.  15 secs of each exercise, then move on to the next. This was fun!!! I did it 3 times! I can do this whenever...all throughout the day! Thank you, Ahmad! I'm putting this one on my blog and facebook too!

    I am so gald he will get a kick out of it... lol..Shane, the way you play is you see who can do the move the longest...once someone wins, you move to the next move.

    The winner gets to choose which move you start off with the following round. The winner gets to chose the cheat meal of DAY 6 of 7. Ok?

  • CHEAT MEAL? LOL OH NO! I dont do cheat meals! ha ha!  This is cute. We will have to try it. But maybe the winner will get to choose where we take our job.....or what kind of fun outdoor activity we will do.
