Very nice test; good blended background and nice materials. The color scheme is very well-calculated, and the animation has much more personality than yer average character test, which is usually a brief wave or walkcycle. Very, very, very nice.

snapplejack ur problom is simple.

for each bone add a diffrent model like say finger bone add the finger model. or head bone add the head model.

now my problom is how the hell do you morph to move the lips and blink???

For that, I'm sorry, but you'll have to break your own rule. Generally, one models the whole body in one mesh, then applies bones to parts of the mesh. In your method, you get a jointed effect, making it look somewhat robotic. If you apply bones to PARTS of the mesh instead of the whole mesh, you can have the mesh deform with the bone, which is how the face should work. Obviously, if you're modeling a robot, you shouldn't do as many deforms as separate models.
