  • @rayallove You have to lose body fat, or.. .maybe its not even possible for you. Your body is a certain way, not everyone will have thighs that have gaps between because of the natural shape of their bones, muscles and body fat distribution. Also the angle of the bones from the joint in the pelvis down to the knee. There are different angles int he joint, different abilities in rotation. Lookig at another woman and saying "I want to look like that" isn't always possible.

    Have normal and muscular legs are the most healthiest and beautiful from my point of view

    If you are skinny, you will lose tons of proteins and your muscle will just disappear

    I want mine to have a little gap between them.. Or even just not touching.

  • @machibieber96: you're only going to have legs consistent with your body type. some girls have stick legs. most don't, and the models that do have thousands of dollars to blow on personal trainers and specialty diet supplements; not to mention that many might have eating disorders, to boot. you'd be surprised how much sexier a toned, healthy leg is, even if it doesn't seem that way right now. just keep doing your exercises.

  • @fujihara12 you have to keep doing it, just doing it for a month or two and stopping isn't going to give you life long results.

  • when i did this my first leg was fine, but when i switched the leg i just worked out keep feeling more strain when i was working out my other leg, is that suppose to happen?

  • Thank you for demonstrating this. Most exercises require one to have knees of steel and/or some device to work the inner thigh. I also learned that I've been doing this exercise incorrectly; your method is much better/more effective.

  • My friend Shalom has a few vids on my channel. She has GREAT legs, and much of her leg work is actually static/isotension, which has amazing applications.

Most women dont want to be muscle women, they just want to be toned, just like this women is.   • Don't think you would build much since it doesn't involve weights or any weight at all. But I think you can buy these weights you can strap and wrap around your leg though.

  • i just did the 3 sets of 15 for the first time in since ive been an adult and it IS quite the workout. Plus i remember watching my mom do these exact exercises when i was a child. thi video just brought back those memories.

  • My thighs are completely normal, I think for my age (14), but to me they look big... I think they're about 30-50cm. I only know approx because I don't have a measuring band/tape (whatever it's called).

    But my thighs are saggy, just like my butt, and I want it all tightened up... does this really work?

    It is very helpful it toned my humerus in 1,5 month if you do everyday like 2-3 times per day.

    It can be found in pdf. file on Google.

  • i hate my type of body...i have a pear shaped body. So, whatever i eat, it goes to my thighs,hips, and butt. I have a small stomach with huuge thighs which sucks. My thighs are muscular in a way, but the inner thigh is just so gross with all the fat and cellulite.

  • u know what really helps is biking..last summer i went for a bike ride for about 2 hours or so.and i lost 15 pounds and thighs were soooo slim and i was sooo happy..but then school started and i had conditioning and they got really big..but now that its summer again im biking it REALLY helps if you do it regularly

  • I have always flexed my calves by doing ballerina type poses like going up on the balls of my feet and holding it and repeating. Wearing high heels when you work out works too--especially if you walk on an incline on a treadmill.

  • Standing and seated calves raises, barbell squat, Stiff-legged deadlift, Deadlift, pistol squat, Bulgarian split squat, lunges, lying leg curl.

    if you do a squat with your heels shoulder width apart and toes pointed out 30 degrees, you'll work your abductors.

  • @undeadmaudie If you are only doing this work out then I doubt you will lose fat in your inner thighs. it's really hard to lose fat there, so (as every body says) you need to eat right and do cardio. I'm slightly put off of doing this work out now lol

  • @SoraSays you dont actually lose fat in the worked area, your body burns fat evenly over your body. so doing these exercises will not isolate the fat on the inner thighs.

    The best DVD I have ever seen ( and I've seen maaaaany) and definitely has given me the best results . I bought it 5 years ago and still love it.I have even converted it to load it to my itouch :P

  • Any exercise will BUILD MUSCULUS and TONE the "target zone", yet will burn fat from ur whole body. Depending on your genes it will consume fat from certain areas more than others.

    Personally, when I do spinning (lower body exercise) I lose fat from the upper part of my body first.

    I wish it would work the way you mentioned. Having a PERFECT body then wouldnt be such an ordeal :(

  • hi,i realy like ur video,bt i've gt one qstion. my legs are alright(i am a slim girl) but there is a mishape just by my knees,,they are out of shape. my knees are slightly come out of normal leg shape(it's like they are turned the otherway) and it really bothers me,,,i can't wear shorts coz they really look ugly.my legs have a nice shape from top and when it comes down ,,by my knees ther's a big bump and then again bottom legs are in a gud shape,,can u give me advice (exersices)to work on it...

  • i used to think the same thing about my knees,

    but it's not a big deal. Knees are just an overall strange body part. If you've got nice legs, thats the part people are most likely to notice about you, you should not be afraid to show them off. And, In any case, none of us have perfect bodies.

  • There aren't really any workouts that could improve the way your knees look only make them stronger if u had a knee surgery or something.

  • Try and feel your stomach and inner thigh muscles. It sounds like you're using your knee as momentum.
