thank you for posting this. we are in for a 15 month deployment and only 4 months into it. it would be so easy to just give it all up... but then it takes strength to deal with and live through it. because no matter what... we are in it for the challenge and the long run. i stand proud among the strongest in the military, the Silent Ranks. HOOAH.

My husband JUST left for Iraq for 15 months! It's so so so hard, he left me 5 months pregnant with our first child, but I know he and I will make it through! Beautiful video, thank you for making it!

My husband made it safely back...after being in Iraq for almost 1 and a half years. I made this video when he was halfway through that deployment. And going through this experience is something I will not forget...and you understand what I mean. But that's the other reason I made this video...to give the spouses/fiance(e)s/families hope to keep holding on. Butterfly, I know you and your husband will make it. And your child will be so proud of his/her dad.

'twas made to remind someone not to lose hope...and it's a message i want to share with everyone...coz we all get to a point of being hopeless sometimes...but then there will always be light at the end of the tunnel...we just have to make it through the end of that tunnel..and it helps to be reminded that we are not alone going through that dark phase...
