the last few lakers seasons remind me of the rocky series. 2008 was like rocky (lakers losing to the celts in the finals). 2010 was like rocky 2 (redemption, beating the celts in a classic 7-game series). last year 2009 was like rocky 3 (beating a new powerhouse team). next season, 2011, will be like rocky 4 (beating the ultra superhuman juggernaut "i must crush you" team). i just hope it'll have the same happy ending. let's go lake show!!

NBA championship formula= Great post rebounding + Pure spot up 3 point shooters + Team leader with high BB I.Q. + Consistant defensive presence. Can't think of a team that won with out these pieces.

hi rebornatm23, I m training to boost my vertical leap by following the training routine over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com - and so far improved past 8-9 inches so far but I m even now a a little off from dunking the ball It's only my 2nd week thus far, any advices?
