  • l loved this group. I fell in love in 1952 and they were so romantic. Thinks for finding them!

  • man I wish I lived in the 50s

  • You would also like the Woodpecker song by the Gaylords.

For a kiss of love, o beautiful brunette, I'll give you my heart in the moonlight.

Your kiss of love, oh what a fortune! I want to tell you again: I'll give you all my heart, for a kiss of love.

    So simple and so sweet.

  • NO BETTER SINGER TO EVER COME ALONG...THAN RONNIE GAYLORD...WHEN I FIRST HEARD THIS SONG...I RUSHED OUT AND BOUGHT THE 78...AND PUT IT ON THE JUKEBOX AT OUR TEEN AGE DANCE CLUB...HIS RENDITION OF RETURN TO ME...IS JUST AS GOOD....

  • My grandfather came over to the USA from Italy prior to 1920 to Northern California and I am now 50 and he had some of their albums (78's and very breakable). He played this song often. GREAT MEMORY! GREAT GROUP!

  • I never listen this music, but is magnific songs, thanks. My father likes this music, He's from of Houston.

  • I have the original Mercury 45 of this. Fine song in its own right--1 1/2 years later the Gaylords had an even better tune "The Little Shoemaker".

  • Went to church with Billy Christ in Detroit in the 50's. What happened to you shok?

  • This brings back old memories! I was then a freshman in college. Thanks

  • Always one of my favorite songs and Ronnie one of my favorite signers....I remember the first time I heard it....I had to have the 78 record...Not close to a town with a record shop...My trip to the city....got me a copy...that I put on the local juke box...for our weekend...dances....Before long my friends were loving it....Not long after it was one of the biggest hits of the year...I never tire of hearing it...58 years later....

  • Great song, you don't have to be Italian to appreciate good music.

  • Thanks for sharing this song....reminiscent of my childhood days.
