The tribe of natives that helped Christopher Columbus when he landed in the New World became extinct at the hand of Christians. The Christian-backed U.S. military has killed huge numbers of people in other countries in the name of "defense." There is a time when war is necessary but nevertheless, the Bible tells us that if possible, to live peaceably with all.Not everyone who claims to be a Christian truly is, the book of 1 John was written for the purpose of distinguishing the two.And yes, if one does not put their trust in the only Savior there is, they will recieve the punishment for the crimes that have committed.God is Just.

God is invisible from man because it is man's sin that seperates him from God. God was visible Adam and Eve and they had the sweet fellowship with God. God came down to spend time with them. But because they disobeyed and sinned c, they lost that sweet fellowship. God so loved man he send his only son to die for our sin and we can come closer to God through Jesus and have that long lost relation with Him again.

Only by faith can you be saved, for faith reveals God. Then comes knowledge, and believe then gives way to simply KNOWING. I no longer believe in Jesus. I know him. "Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen."

Thank you! This is perhaps the most beautiful hymn that I know. I get chill bumps and tears hearing and singing it. This hymn is so generic that it can be sung by anyone of any religion or none, even happy atheists, about the Ultimate Reality Mother/Father God Grand Unification Principle by any name. @DavidEberhardt But it came out of the Christian faith, so the supernatural significance it has cannot be applied to other religions. You must serve the one true God, Jesus Christ. Only He will grant you passage to Father God.
