Alvisfrazier obviously you haven't done your research. There are only about 128,000 adoptable kids each year in the US. That means that they are not trying to be placed back in their home. Compare that number to the 140 milliion orphans in the world. Plus American kids will get an education and be fed despite their orphan status.
Why don't you adopt an American kid if that is what you are passionate about? And leave other people alone.
