how can you earse the blue lines but not the black? :0

If you want to erase only one color, you must have that color selected (this time it's light blue). Then select Eraser tool, normally you would use mouse's left klick/button to erase, but this time you have to use right klick/button to erase only this selected color.

I hope I was able to explain it well enough. :)

How do you make it erase the blue without erasing the black???

if you want to erase only blue lines, you have to select eraser, choose blue as a first color and white as a second color. then just use mouse's right ear and erase over blue line. it should leave black line if you do it right. i can't explain better than this.
