In first case...How you've modified the tuning of strings? I mean about the lenght end the diameter of strings in relation to sonority in some tension...

no, thats a steinway grand piano and was tuned in 1/3 tones long time before.
the piano was a long time in mexico and was used by the microtonal composer Julián Carrillo.
it is modified by a moog moogerfooger freaquency shifter (pick-up).
i really don't know how to tune something like this, talk with a tuning-professional.
