@lakansorayo I know that is the only thing i can do, for now. and our bodies don't crave it. i have been vegetarian for 5 years and i only craved it at the start. now its just natural not to eat meat. there are many different foods on the market that are imitation meat, and they actually taste like meat. and as long as you eat enough foods with iron and protean, there is no reason for you to become weaker in any way.
