Dear Notch, i just happen to try the pre-release 4 and checked out the enderdragons. I had a Nerdgasm. The movements are just amazing.

then i heard you were not gonna make them rideable. WAIT WUT? NOOOOOOOO

Who cares about "making the server unbalanced"? having a dragon represents the leet pros! Its not anyone that can get into the End! the noobs will wish for a dragon too! and work hard for it! Please make them mountable, and so you can take them to the normal world

@Lokke159 I agree with you that a riding dragon would make someone look 1337 pr0 but in the current state of how minecraft servers run it would rape their relatively simple coded brains out.Also there will be no need for taking enderdragons to the normal as notch has announced a slightly weaker normal-world variant called a red dragon.they will be red, because dragons are red.

Hello everyone! I just now checked out the new update. The endereye thing is a bit buggy, but it works pretty well. When you get to the stronghold, the ender eye floats down instead of up, witch is handy. The End is VERY dull. Its a dark world filled with endermen basically. Nothing more but obsidian pillars and a new block, which is what the land is made up of. Good luck!

if you change to coding slightly you can spawn them by unatural means

@gregsmw I did that too. They're buggy, but rather fun to play with. they destry blocks if they touch them though, which creates alot of lag :/ Fun update!

seriously, minecraft is an open sandbox game. Although boss battles would be fun, it might limit people's imagination if they see a conclusive ending to the game. The point of Minecraft is to be in a world to build, and Notch and his team have done a great job in keeping that goal while adding rpg elements. So, please, no game ending battles.

Steps to get to Ender:

1. Find diamond

2. Use diamond to mine obsidean to create portal

3. Go to the Neather and get blaze rods

4. Defeat Endermen to get Enderpearls.

5. Combine Pearl & Blazepowder for Eye of Ender

6. Find Stronghold

7. Finish filling portal.

8. ENJOY!
